Pessimo, frigo bar não gela!!! Ar condicionado NÃO funciona Comida pessima Pode ser pior????

The location, view of the forest from the river and private onsen bath were as described and very good. We were half board and the quality of the food in my opinion was really poor, so much so we stopped eating in the restaurant after day one of a three day stay. I can’t comment on the Japanese menu but the western menu was inedible. It wouldn’t be difficult to offer a simple continental buffet for breakfast.

夕食の際は料理の提供が途中で滞ってしまい、30分ぐらい放置され、全部で夕食に2時間15分かかってしまった。そのうちほとんどが待ち時間。待ち時間中に給仕に水を注文してもなかなか来ず、残念な思いをしました。このホテルは人員不足または教育不足の大きな問題を抱えていると思います。従業員の多くは研修員の名札をつけており、マニュアル通りの対応しかできず融通が効かないという印象。 全てのコミュニケーションを日本語で行っていたが、容赦だけの判断で館内案内パンフレットや献立表を英語で渡されたり、日本在住、日本国籍なのに在留カードの提出を求められたり、「持ってない」と説明してもイマイチ理解されず、身分証明書の提出を求められたりと旅館業法をご理解されていないようでした。系列店含めてもう泊まることはない。

私が今まで宿泊した中でもトップクラス。とても素敵なホテルです。

This was the most expensive stay in our trip and compared to the cost, definitely the most disappointing. Starting with the good things: the location is beautiful (even though not unparalleled in Hokkaido), both the private onsen in the room and the larger private onsens that can be used for free were great to use. In terms of things we did not like: as mentioned in other reviews, the property feels dated (e.g. the state of the onsens) - would be ok for a public onsen but less so for an expensive hotel. We more most disappointed by the breakfast and how it was handled: we shared in the reservation that we are vegetarians and would like to have this accommodated - no reaction and we were told when checking in that this is simply not possible to cater for. While Japan can be still tricky for vegetarians, all other (and cheaper!) places we stayed at could cater for us and prepared some brilliant dishes.This shows that this is not about what's doable just simply not caring.

全体に素晴らしい宿でした。また、訪れたいと思いました。

The food arrangement lacking flexibility and poor customer service. Definitely not recommended to any international guests!

大変満足しました

温泉好きでは無いわたしでも、あのお風呂、このお風呂、部屋のお風呂、大浴場…と沢山満喫させていただきました。 サウナも朝から入れるし、ウェルカムドリンクやら風呂上がりのアイスやらとにかく大満足の旅になりました。又行きたいし、お友達にも是非お勧めしたい場所となりました。ありがとうございました。

Very relaxing atmosphere, food was great. Though it says Adults only, there were families with children.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful natural environment. The room was well set up. The staff were professional and has good level of English. Great food for dinner and breakfast.

非常好的住宿環境，一泊二食，但抵達時下午有提供Lounge飲料、大廳點心；夜裡還有拉麵宵夜。 提供接駁服務往來阿寒湖巴士中心，非常方便。 旅館內設有大浴場、個人湯屋，可能淡季入住，個人湯屋無需預訂。 房內環境非常舒適，並提供館內用服裝，可在館內自在活動。 可惜不是開車前來，需要開車，交通才能算方便。

客房乾淨舒適，服務人員非常友善，整個溫泉設施讓人放鬆。

All good, just one minor, the breakfast, staff forgot to light up the grill stove for fish (we choose Japanese style), we ended up eat the "grilled" fish in cold

温泉は、貸切風呂も含めて大変良かったです 部屋も阿寒川が見えて、レストランも鹿が見えるなど、料理以外もなかなか良かったです １点、部屋のトイレのお手拭きが、トイレ内で完結しないのが残念

Localisation parfaite pour rayonner dans la région. Reculée loin du site touristique. Au calme, au bord de la rivière et en lisière de forêt. Vue sur la rivière de la chambre parfaite! Malheureusement du bain de lachambre, il y avait une moustiquaire. Donc nous ne pouvions apprécier la vue. Bains privés très bien, certains sont petits donc à deux c'est très difficile. Il y en a un plus grand, plus confortable . La chambre est très spacieuse,confortable, avec une vue magnifique sur la rivière et bien insonorisée. On entend la rivière coulée. Chambre très bien équipée. 2 services pour le dinner soit 5:30pm soit 8:00pm d une durée de 1h30. L' organisation de la salle permet d' avoir son intimité. Belles saveurs globalement, a part le porridge de riz qui était trop salé. Déçus de notre service de table, les assiettes vides n étaient pas débarrassées au fur et à mesure, contrairement à d autre tables. Petits déjeuner japonais très copieux. Pour un 5* , nous aurions attendus avoir du poisson grillé le jour et non pas à réchauffer- qualité des boissons à revoir ainsi que les tasses en papier . Arriver tôt pour profiter des lieux!

レストランのスタッフの対応は素晴らしい。 ホテル到着後、夕飯まで時間があったので、周辺散策しようとしたら、フロントの方に止められた。熊がでるかもしれない、との事でした。
