La atención es excelente, los alimentos muy ricos, solo que el agua de la alberca estaba fría y no pudimos meternos pero en general todo muy bien sin duda vamos a regresar

Había objetos personales del huésped anterior en la regadera, la misma no tiene un sardinel o limitante por lo mismo es fácil que el agua de la regadera se salga hacia el baño, la limpieza dela alberca deja que desear tanto así que no quisimos meternos, diría que el servicio es regular, creo que si mejoraran la limpieza sería una opción a considerar en una estancia futura

Very friendly place took my fiance there for a romantic night out call them in advance do you give me a bottle of wine fix the room with rose petals for a little extra charge also if you do not want to go use the buffet you could always ask for room service they charge a little extra but it's awesome to have breakfast in bed

Es un hotel "agradable" Y bueno dentro de lo que ofrece Calvillo. Los sábados y domingos tiene en el. Restaurat servicio de comida el cual es altamente recomebdable, platillos deliciosos de alta cocina y bien servidos.

Customer service is great. All employees from front desk to room service were friendly and receiving. The room was pleasant, comfortable, simple and spacious. Had all basic and necessary amenities. Needs a bit of work in fixing a few and small details around the room. The outside gardens are gorgeous, with beautiful flowers and comfortable chairs to sit down and enjoy the peace, the main garden has great shades and a fire pit. They are aware of the safety of the place they have hand sanitizing all over the hotel. They are welcoming and receiving, modern and open. Overall, a great place to stay because of the commodity, safety and relaxing atmosphere they provide.

My stay at Hotel Gloria was great! The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and The location was convenient. I loved the atmosphere of the place. I don’t know if this was on accident but every night I was there a fountain would come on that was outside my window and the water noise was relaxing; I loved it! Well kept and I enjoyed the landscape at night.

Buenas instalaciones, solo los baños un poco incómodos por la estructura de aluminio que está muy bajita

La limpieza es pésima nos dieron una cama sucia y tuvimos que pedir el cambio de ropa de cama, el lugar para colocar la ropa es INCOMODO y mal diseñado, los apagadores de la luz del baño mal echas y no se encienden de forma lógica. los canceles de sanitario y regadera dan la apariencia de baños públicos. Lo único que los salva es el servicio de restaurante la comida es buena PERO solo da servicio en el desayuno.

Hotel la Gloria is hands down the best most affordable hotel in Calvillo. This is my fourth stay there and it’s apparent the owners strive hard to make constant improvements. Their restaurant now rivals any high end hotel out there.
