This was a first class hotel. Newly renovated with a HUGE room, super clean, friendly staff, and fantastic breakfast. Best stay I've had in Germany!!

Vi ankom til hotellet sent om aftenen og havde givet personalet besked om dette. De havde reserveret en p-plads med oplader til el-bilen og nøglen til værelset lå i en nøgleboks hvor de havde oplyst koden. Alt gik smertefrit- og et virkeligt lækkert værelse hvor vi kunne være 4 Pers. Lækker morgenmad og meget venligt personale.

Freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstücksbuffet

I loved the way staff was helping people for the breakfast and how they also brought coffee out for the guest. In my opinion they hosts are super hosts. Very nice experience. Check in was a bit hassle because the hotel management tried to reach Expedia multiple time, but couldn't get through to let me know that check in counter closes at 9 pm

Nice and well kept place. Very friendly and attentive staff, always ready to help. We stayed in the family room, which easily fit our family of five. Only downside was that the family room was basement level (under ground), and had only one window below ground level. We were only there for one overnight stay, so it was not a problem, but had we stayed longer, I would have preferred daylight.

Fabulous basement room perfect for a family of 5. Only 1 window but didn’t bother us at all. Bonus frog family who came to visit outside the window at night!! Breakfast was great, staff extremely helpful. Parking secure and. Good location to explore Cologne.

지하라는 것우 알았지만, 지하실 냄새가 나서 별로였어요. 아침 식사와 서비스는 훌륭하지만, 5인실은 추천하지 않아요. 다른 룸은 괜찮을지도

Perfekt für uns als 5 köpfige Familie, Parkmöglichkeiten vorm Haus, S-Bahn Haltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Großzügiges Zimmer, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, Frühstück eine 10 von 10. Herzlichen Dank für dieses wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus.

Das Hotel UHU in Köln/Dellbrück ist modern eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Einzelzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem sehr bequemen Bett, Fernseher, Telefon und Klimaanlage. Das Bad mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken ist etwas kleiner, die Duschkabine etwas gewöhnungs bedürftig. Das Frühstück mit großer Auswahl an Getränken, verschiedene Sorten Kaffee, Brötchen, Brot, Kuchen immer vorhanden. Ob Käsebrett oder Wurstplatte, Gurken, Tomaten, Eier gekocht oder gebraten wurde sofort aufgefüllt. Ganz vorzüglich das Buffet Müsli, Obst, Quark! Das Hotel liegt wenige Meter von Bahnhof entfernt, obwohl die Lautstärke der Bahn sehr gering ist. Eine Tiefgarage ist vorhanden.

Great stay at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is convenient since it is very close to the train station and it also has plenty of food places to choose from. Highly recommend this place.

Place was good. A bit too far from city center, you may need a vehicle since public transportation is a bit complicated (not a direct route). But stag was friendly and place clean

What nice people at this property. Very clean and perfect for our family. Close to the train to get into the big city of Koln. We were greeted by chocolate bunnies on our pillows(we stayed Easter weekend) and we were able to park our rental car in their gated parking lot while we toured Koln. They also had complimentary bottles of water in the room and bottles of beer in a fridge on the main floor for 2 euros. It was a nice hotel. And the toilet room had a sink and the shower room also had a sink. That was nice. Our room was in the basement and it was very large. It had a pull out queen bed and a pull out twin bed that were already made up ready for my kids. We had a king size bed. Breakfast was good and a nice young man got your drink for you while you got your breakfast.

Sehr nettes Personal, super Lage, sehr sauber. Zufriedenheit in Höhen Maßen.
