Good location. 10 min walk to the heart of the downtown. The main door to the hotel is quite loud when it is slammed close. Hallway lighting can seep through the curtain.

The suite is old , mildew and rotting walls in one bedroom , the bedding was not comfortable, multiple complaints made about the lack of heating and not addressed until today when I was checking out , my mother who has dementia and onset health issues was freezing and had to wear a sweatshirt

We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location was great — in a very good area, convenient and safe for families. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and comfortable for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped, which made our stay even easier, and the elevator was a big plus, especially when traveling with luggage. Overall, it was very family friendly and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Madrid!

O andar térreo tem um cheiro forte de umidade, e não tem quase iluminação natural, mas tudo era muito limpo dentro da unidade, tinha tudo que era necessário para a hospedagem, e tudo funcionando corretamente.

We loved everything about Slow Suites! Location was amazing! Size was perfect for the 4 of us! The place was clean and any time I messaged the staff I immediately got a response! The one thing I had issue with was the washer and dryer. I could not figure out how to dry but this could have been user error. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great experience

Condo location is in Chamberi, a peaceful and centrally-located area in Madrid where most tourulist attractions are a 15-minute walk on average. There are plenty of restaurants around if you want to grab a bite. The condo unit itself is clean and has all necessities in place. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Will give this condotel a 5/5 rating.
