It was ok only because of it’s location but they need to update the washroom

This property is not new or fancy but screams pride of ownership. The staff are friendly and professional. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. I liked the proximity to the beach

Property was off the main road so it was quiet but still walkable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable (very stiff), the showers water pressure wasn’t good and for those reasons we rated it 3 stars instead of 4.

Room was very clean, space was small, however it was set up and organized well. Check in was easy, however we weren’t informed about the after hour entrance which made re-entry an issue. All around the stay was comfortable and nice.

Very nice staff! Easy pre-checkin, easy key pick up/finalized checkin, easy check out! Didn’t notice an elevator, but I’d assume for accessibility they would have to have one. Clean room, great AC, big crisp tv with lots to watch, a little balcony too! The only negatives I would say were the location being a bit far from the main part of sylvan lake (I consider this the big moo haha) but if you’re okay with a pretty 20 min walk it’s fine and not bad at all, there are nats along the pathways by the water but that’s just bugs and they’re unavoidable. And it did kind of suck that I couldn’t bring the breakfast up to my room to eat because I told my boyfriend he could just stay in bed, I’d just go and get us the food and bring it back up, but wasn’t allowed. And if I could’ve brought it back I could’ve been packing for checkout at 11am at the same time. I love continental breakfast, but I’m not sure if ordering off the menu when you’re renting a room is free as well, I would’ve assumed so since there was only a bit of options set out on the buffet style tables which were coffee orange-juice hashbrowns sausages and toast with jam and peanut butter. But it was overall a really good stay!

Room was a tad small but it was super comfortable and clean! Excellent hotel staff and service, they were lovely!

The air conditioner was super loud. I was not able to sleep with the noise from the a/c noise from another room. The bottom sheet was wrinkled like it may have been slept in by someone else. I won't stay at this hotel ever again.

Great location for the price. Just a block or two away from the lakefront. Room was a little tight but the extra sink was a bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One issue is that the luggage cart can barely fit down the first corridor to get to your room. Otherwise our stay was excellent. Breakfast was okay. A little light on selections but for the price we paid ... not complaining!

The price for a place to sleep was great. Good location to beach. Room was very small but fair enough because the bed was a king size.

We enjoyed. a wonderful couple of days rest & relaxation along with a baseball game at night.
