Staffs are polite and friendly. Good location to go to center spot by walk, to take train, city bus and historical tram to Opicina.

Only bathroom too small. Looks like fit skinny guy used.

Albergo in posizione eccellente, sia per chi vuole girare il centro città a piedi, sia per chi preferisce usare i mezzi pubblici. La camera era spaziosa, pulita ed anche il bagno, pur essendo mansardato, era comodo e provvisto di tutto il necessario. La colazione è ottima, sia dolce sia salata, servita in una sala molto accogliente, con personale gentilissimo. Andrebbe rinnovata la zona dei corridoi.

Safe and great location within the center, just about 8mins walk to Central Train and Bus Stations. 24-Hr reception with free Coffee/Tea at Dining Area. Clean and Comportable room size. Free BF with loads to choose however the fresh pastries caught my attention. High customer service from reception to kitchen staffs - Victoria, Pele, Ester and another lady from kitchen. High salute to Silvia and Marco both from reception, super helpful with queries and directions...extending efforts to fulfill your needs. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay back if given a chance.

Ein Albergo mit Charme, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hat mich persönlich nie gestört. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schönes Ambiente, zentral gelegen, freundlich, besser als 3 Sterne. Zu empfehlen.

Di questa struttura non c'è niente che non ci sia piaciuto, l'albergo di per sé è bellissimo sia da vedere che da vivere. Una volta entrati siamo stati magicamente trasportati nella calda atmosfera accogliente di una sala vecchio stampo con tanto di caminetto e albero addobbato per le feste imminenti. Le stanze sono invece un pochino più moderne ma sempre molto accoglienti e funzionali. Cosa ci è piaciuto di più ? Sicuramente il personale in quanto non è mai capitato di trovare persone così tanto gentili e disponibili, hanno dato quel "qualcosa in più" all'albergo, ma anche i servizi offerti. Noi avevamo la colazione inclusa e cosa aggiungere ? ottima. C'è vasta scelta di prodotti, dal dolce al salato al "magro" per chi ci tiene alla linea. Per concludere, la posizione dell'albergo è perfetta sia per raggiungere la stazione (non sono nemmeno 10 minuti) e il centro (praticamente si è lì). Sicuramente torneremo in questo albergo, ne vale assolutamente il viaggio! Ancora grazie allo staff per l'esperienza unica

Very good Hotel Breakfast was excellent very clean in the centre and close to the train station.If I go to Trieste I would go again there

早くに着いたので荷物を預かってもらうつもりが15分で用意できるし共用スペースでコーヒーでもと温かく対応してもらいました。エレベーター前に小上がりの階段があって大きな荷物を受付の女性に手伝ってもらえ助かりました。部屋には避難用の地図もあり安心でした。歯ブラシなどはついてません。イタリア語での会話も楽しかったです。
