Lovely

100% would stay here again, stunning hotel and surroundings. From the moment of arrival the room was ready early and we were able to check in straight away and was given free welcome drinks. Jodie who was on reception was very informative and told us all the information about the hotel and spa and took us to our room. The room was beautifully decorated and clean and the hot tub was perfect. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent the food flavours and how it was presented was fantastic.

An excellent hotel, the room was amazing, and we got upgraded to a larger room when the hotel heard it was our anniversary! Very clean and comfortable, and the hot tub on the balcony was a must have The spa facilities were fantastic, and the cocktail bar was lovely for food and sitting outside with a view The hotel was very close to bowness town centre and the lakshore, with a myriad of restaurants and bars to choose from! Wpuld really recomend porto for a date night, followed by cocktails in the hotel bar, which can be taken up to the room hot tub in a pastic cup

Absolutely amazing stay at the lakes hotel and spa. The complex was amazing and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The spa itself is the best spa I have been too and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to relax and have some well needed chill time. The location is perfect. Our new favourite place to stay ☺️

Could not fault our stay here, the facilities were great, staff all super friendly, the on site restaurant and bars were amazing also. We originally planned to go into the town but we were more than occupied with everything on site. Already looking to book again!

We had a fabulous couple of days here, from the personal welcome as you arrive and the glass of Prosecco as you check in, the staff were all very welcoming and work hard to make the stay special. The spa, the food, the cocktails were all great and thank you for our upgraded room, we loved it.

We have just returned home after a two night stay in a standard room with hot-tub. It was fantastic. Lovely views and we had the sun on the balcony for most of the day, so that was a plus. The hotel was lovely and clean, as were the rooms. All of the staff were polite and helpful, probably the best staff I have met for a long time on my travels. The hotel location is perfect with only a 10 minute stroll to the lakeside. We will certainly be booking again in the future.

Great location, very friendly staff, excellent patio, excellent food. It's a perfect get away spot or place to stay while visisting the lakes district

Lovely hotel with fabulous friendly staff in a great location. On arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite with hot tub which was a lovely surprise. Easy walk down the hill to Bowness-On-Windermere. Just a bit of feedback with the Room. Not enough plug sockets in lounge area. The safe was located at top of wardrobe and neither myself or my daughter could reach.

Fantastic stay, great breakfast and spa was very relaxing, we will return.

Lovely pool area and private hot tub, staff were friendly, great food, we received a free upgrade to our room, very close to the beatrix potter experience

Another amazing stay at the lakes hotel and spa. The hot tub rooms are beautiful all staff in the hotel are so attentive. Will Be returning again soon

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8 so if you are an early riser or like me have meetings to get to don’t book the brekkie

The property was great except no electric vehicle charging point and needing to pay for parking. The spa felt very strange. Very dark, strange to walk through a pub to gain access. It felt like it was an environment to encourage sexual activity not for friends having a break together

Special anniversary night away, amazing hotel, fantastic staff, we had the best time & didnt want to leave

Lovely couple of nights. Received an upgraded room. Which was immaculate. The gentleman at the gatehouse greeted us by name and was warm and welcoming as were the reception staff, concierge and bently car driver. Lovely touch been taken into the village in the bently
