Parking

Perfect place to just get your head down and explore. The staff were really friendly, the room was tidy, AC and heating in the room worked, and there was ample parking. Plenty of shops, gas stations, and food options nearby. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Hamilton/Niagara area.

You pay $100 for a room, you get a $100/night room. It was clean and the door locked, but smelt like vinegar and looked like sadness. Solid 5/10

Nice staff, clean property, comfortable bed, good shower, good price. Needs a coat of paint and bathroom door fixed.

To say this hotel is antiquated would be an understatement. The bathtub fixtures were barely attached to the wall and I had to play with it to get it to work. Everything was so old that it looked dirty, even if it wasn't. The desk chair looked like they found it in the garbage. How does Expedia associate itself with such a dump. I booked multiple rooms for my friends. I was humiliated!!!

Parking was good. Air conditioning on all night had to have covers off. Room had smell like closed up for a while dead bolt on door didn't work. No coffee in morning. No drinking water

We have been here multiple times and always enjoy the walking trail.

They upgraded me to a king-size and its very clean and was a wonderful stay

If you want the Hilton pay for the Hilton but if you're looking for just a goodnight rest and on a budget the bed was clean and comfy!

The hotel was a bit old but clean. The staff was friendly but they do not allow pets and charged 25 extra a night for our cat. The beds are very VERY firm so if you like that this is the hotel for you. If you book through Expedia make sure to call ahead to make sure they got the reservation or check in is going to take extra time which sucks when you’ve been travelling all day. All in all decent hotel but damn those beds are firm.

Awful place they gave away my two rooms but wouldnt give my friend back a refund on her room which would have forced her to stay there alone because again they gave away my families two rooms..Then refused to refund her and told her she can't have visitors nor can she go room to room if we were to stay there..Then the check in karen said she'd have any car parked there visiting towed away...I WOULD NEVER GIVE THEM A DIME

I checked in after prepaying for a 2 night stay. I checked out after the first night, when I left to sleep elsewhere because the state of the room was THAT bad. I’d rather lose my money than be there. We’re talking sticky floors, visible dust and grime on heater, ac, lamps etc. Garbage under the bed, a flimsy lock on the door that barely worked, hairs in bedding and tiny black bugs under the mattress. Smelled like smoke inside lobby and rooms. It’s no wonder they’re so adamant about a no return policy- it’s disgusting.

The room was clean and comfortable for a short stay. I stayed at Haven Inn in Hamilton last Saturday for one night during a business trip, and overall it was worth it for the price and purpose of my visit. The staff were helpful, and parking was convenient. The only downside was that the room felt a little cold. Other than that, it was a simple and practical place to stay for one night, especially for a business trip.

Everything was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, my room was clean and quiet.
