We stayed here in Classe for two nights before leaving on a cruise out of Ravenna. We are a family of 6 and stayed in 2 Junior suites, which was perfect for us. The hotel is small, maybe 15 rooms total, and is right next to the Basilica di Sant'Apollinare with it's beautiful mosaics and city park. The staff is very helpful and kind (we used a lot of Google translate). Be aware that the office is closed from 12-4 so don't hope for an early check-in. They allowed us to store our luggage and we explored the town and ate lunch while waiting. Breakfast was lovely and the coffee excellent. We ate dinner at their restaurant on Saturday evening, which I highly recommend! The rooms are air-conditioned with a mini fridge, hair dryer and satellite TV so our boys could watch the world cup. In town, definitely try L'Angolo del Gelato di Classe - the gelato was exceptional and we stopped by twice. The train station is an easy walk from the hotel and a 5 minute train ride gets you to Ravenna.

This is a beautiful hotel with a lovely staff, amazing attention, family managed. The restaurant, the attention and the food & cafe were oustanding! Rooms well maintaned and with great air conditioning, safe parking for the car too. Feels great and quiet! Thank you guys! Would recommend 100%.

This place is true gem! The staff was amazing! Bed was comfortable. Restaurant had amazing food. We walked the small town and found a great Gelato bar and an amazing coffee shop. You can walk to the train station from the hotel. Kind of hard to get a cab, but the train is very convenient! Would definitely recommend this place!

We HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Such a beautiful setting, the rooms were very spacious, the restaurant served DELICIOUS food and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We hope we can come back in the future.

A lovely hotel and a good location

Very nice small hotel/restaurant. Located far from the city center, but close to the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare and the museum, both worth visiting. Restaurant is a plus, food was very good.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and food was delicious.

Personnel bien mais l’hôtel ne correspond pas aux photos, ce n’est pas un hôtel dans un château, c’est juste un hôtel près d’un château, les photos sur expédia sont trompeuses. Chambres petites, pas de vue, petit déjeuner correct.

An authentic experience. Ravenna doesn't have easy access to taxis or Uber that we could see. We arrived at the train station from Rome and took the local train one stop to Classe (the South Western part of town). It was a relatively short walk from the Classe train stop using Google maps since the hotel is not visible from the stop. We ate at the on-site restaurant which is very authentic. No English on the menu. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. It appears to be a place for locals to go for special occasions. Overall a very nice experience.

Service is excellent, a good-sized room. There is no elevator, and all rooms are on the second floor. Very slippery ceramic stairs. The restaurant has no English version menu and workers are not capable of translating. Food is not so good.

Lots of attention; everything perfect. Nearby everything; easy to move around. Easy to get to Imola, Ravenna Port, Ravenna train station, stores, etc.
