Room was clean, staff very attentive, amazing place to stay definitely recommend. A big thank you to Suvarna, Sachin and Abhishekh for making us feel very welcome.

Amazing customer service- we were looked after by Shashi and the breakfast was top notch. We had dietary restrictions and the chef Devnegi specifically prepared few dishes for us. The Hotel is located in prime spot and has lot of shops in stone throw distance.

The food spread in breakfast was amazing, with live counter and bakery items apart from the general breakfast items. Very nice decor and seating place. The location is quite good with many other restaurants and Candolim beach nearby. Very helpful & polite staff. The games area with Table Tennis, Pool, Carrom and Video game console was great. The swimming pool experience was also nice. The only reason I am not giving a full rating is because it did not have that WOW factor of a 5-star hotel. There is something extra in the care, service, facilities, space in a 5-star hotel. That was missing !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt centric. Our room was upgraded upon arrival. Customer service exceeded expectations. Breakfast had a massive variety. The small breakout area near the reception makes noodles and has a nice selection of cakes and pastries. Recommend without reservation
