The staff is Always going out of there way to help and the rooms are great. The breakfast is a nice touch and always hits the spot! Very good hotel.

Great place to stay!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room with 5 occupant's did not get cleaned for the 3 nights we were there. We had to get towels from the pool to shower with They charged us for parking when we said we did not have a car....they refunded the charge.

Great view from corner suite. Carpet was worn and needs to be replaced. Needs more counter space in bathroom. But the hotel was very nice

Chelsea customer service was extremely helpful and friendly. The room 15th fl was not soundproof noise from plains people walking hallway. Did not have a safe

Trevligt hotell med bra läge. Det enda som drar ned betyget är en ganska stökig och högljudd frukost med godkänt men lite begränsat utbud.

Beds were comfortable. They advertise free breakfast and it's a full spread. It's not great and definitely not upscale as the hotel would suggest. The hotel is next to the Marina and it's easy to walk around the area.
