Was a nice stay and close to the airport which was nice.

Due to West jet cancelling my flight, I was unable to get to the hotel. Unfortunately something totally out of my control. The hotel is refusing to give me a refund! Unacceptable

It was clean and comfortable the only problem that wasn’t a restaurant there to go for supper, but there was restaurants down the street

The staff helped me quite a bit because my flight came in early and they accommodated me the best that they could and got me to my room as soon as they could

Our flight was too early so we weren't able to have breakfast, might of been nice if there was toadt or something

Room was good and the staff were great but I had an issue with the hot water and the breakfast had no variation, same food everyday.

Check in fast easy, friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean.The reason I gave it 4 stars no restaurant. Was told the closest restaurant was two hotels over.
