Cafe da manha muito fraco, hotel bom , porém nada de especial… Funcionários prestativos e atenciosos…

My stay at Urban Central Suites was not as satisfactory as I had hoped. While the location was great, I found the overall experience lacking in several areas. The amenities didn’t quite meet the standards advertised. Customer service was great but they charged me extra for allowing my kid sleeping in the couch. It wasn’t terrible, but I was definitely expecting more for the price.

Staff was warm and welcoming and very insisted on helping with anything possible. I was allowed early check in and decided to extend my stay because of hotel as a whole including staff and proximity to everything. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff very professional and very quick service. Iam very impressed and i will definitely stay another time.

Modern, well priced private location which is in the middle between the hussle of Achrafieh and Dbayye. Friendly staff and hospitable owner. Well recommended.

Good value for money with modern room setting, very practical with kitchenette and good amneties. Central location between Dbayyeh and Beirut with stores next door and a few food options.

Öncelikle ilgi ve alakalarından dolayı hotel çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederim. Kısmi de olsa güzel bir manzarası olan balkonlu bir odada kaldım. Temizlikte sorun yaşamadım, odanın kliması çok iyi çalışıyordu. Kahvaltıda çok fazla çeşit yoktu ama olanlarda lezzetliydi. Konum olarak merkezi gezilecek yerlere uzak olsada ancak güzel bir misafirperverlik sizi bekliyor.

ruime kamer met goede uitrusting en goede bedden. Kamer stonk naar de rook (geen rookvrije kamers) en badkamer kon een dringende opfrisbeurt gebruiken (was niet fris) ontbijt was uitgebred en lekker

Everything was terrible. From the check-in experience to the smelly room. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for some weird phone conversation between the receptionist and the manager to "find" my reservation. It was not welcoming and it was stressful. The AC does not work properly either. What else... I can't remember all the negatives I experienced.

This hotel sustained a lot of damage from the Beirut explosion in August, but you wouldn’t know it. The hotel has been rebuilt and refurbished. The rooms are clean and the staff were extremely responsive to any request. My husband needed a quiet area to work and they provided a space for him right away. Hats off to all the staff. Ghina, Rakan and Elie were excellent ambassadors to the well known Lebanese hospitality.
