We were welcomed to the hotel by a super friendly host. She told us about the hotel and the local area and showed us to the room. The room was great for 4 - double bed, single and a single sofa bed. It was clean, comfortable, good shower - everything you need. The parking was great as we travelled by car. The hotel is on a brilliant location for exploring Tours. It’s a short walk in over the bridge to restaurants and sights. An excellent hotel. Really pleased we picked it.

Arrivés près d'1h avant l'horaire prévu, nous avons été très bien accueillis. La chambre était conforme à la description (très propre, spacieuse, avec de nombreux rangements, une grande fenêtre...) Personnel très sympathique et petit déjeuner avec un large choix. L'hôtel est à deux pas du centre ville à pied dans un quartier très calme. Le parking est un vrai plus. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons sans hésitation.

Rummet var fint och rent. Det hade dock behövts mer än en golvfläkt då det var väldigt varmt i rummet.

The hotel and our room were very clean, as were the towels and bedding. The bathroom was excellent, all very modern, with a large shower. The staff were excellent, and gave us good tips on restaurants,and places to visit. The breakfast again was good with a good variety of meats, cheeses and cereals,yogurt and fruit and cakes. Parking was free and safe with the gates closed at night. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. Gordon and Elaine.

Nous avons passé une nuit au Castel fleuri mais malheureusement n avons pas eu de chance, du bruit au dessus de notre chambre jusqu'à 1 h du matin ( famille avec enfants qui courraient) douches incessante, idem à 7h du matin,à 7h30 avons été réveillé par des bruits de marteau,tondeuse, travaux, ne savent ils pas que l on ne doit pas faire de bruits avant 8h30... Dommage car l acceuil, petit déjeuner était parfait.

When we arrive to this place the personal meet as not friendly. She was not helpful and did not tried to accommodate our asking The hotel located out of center. The old bad smelly place that don’t have anything to make comfortable staying In Tour the temperature was 104 The hotel has no AC. They gave as old small fan . No refrigerators in the room So we are not able to buy water and keep it cold. Instead of soup it was some liquid mix of water and couple drops of soup. They said we can open windows at night time to have fresh air. The problem with that as soon as we open windows all bugs flying in the room. Breakfast was included The serving plates with food like cheese and ham was almost empty The person who worked in breakfast room was watching everyone what people taking Terrible awful experience Help yourself and don’t book this place

Welcome was excellent, breakfast was good. Excellent location for bars and restaurants.

Super accueille par la gérante de ce magnifique hôtel !! Parking avec assez de place et facile d’accès , la chambre répond parfaitement au critères de l’annonce et c’est très cosy ! L’équipe est vraiment à l’écoute et à notre disponibilité Je recommande fortement pour passer une agréable nuit à proximité du centre ville et facile en accès

O café da manhã ,poucas opções e hoje dia da nossa saída às 07:35 da manhã ,não tinha nada pronto e tivemos que tocar à campainha pra alguém nos atender pra fazer o checkout.Não recomendo.

Very nice and cozy hotel, great quiet area with convenient parking. Breakfast options were limited though, although pastries were very tasty. Would definitely recommend for a family visit.

Good location with good parking. Room was clean, bed not the most comfortable. Towels could be bigger. Sound insulation not the best.

Excelente ubicación con parking. El único pero es que hacía frío en la habitación. Y las almohadas podían ser más cómodas.

Chambre refaite récemment, très agréable et très propre. Le personnel est aux petits soin et très agréable. L’hôtel est proche du centre ville, accessible à 5 min à pieds ou en tram Je recommande

Jolie découverte que cet hôtel familial avec une direction incarnée, attentive et un vrai sens de la relation client. J'étais inquiète parce que j'arrivais tard dans une ville que je ne connaissais pas et j'ai été bien accompagnée et rassurée. Ravie d'avoir trouvé une chambre bien chauffée et accueillante avec une super douche et un personnel avec un grand sourire au petit déjeuner. J'espère avoir de nouveaux clients à Tours pour revenir vous voir :-)

Camera spaziosa e letto comodo. Silenzioso. Appena fuori Tours ma collegato da ponte pedonale con tram che permette di raggiungere il centro in 15 minuti a piedi. Parcheggio interno.
