Perfect stay! Even upgraded us for free!

Breakfast options limited e.g choice of eggs, bacon fatty. Pillows are poor. Rooms seemed noisy - sound proofing limited.

We have had to complain in a lot of things about our stay

Room was on the small size but was nice to have beautiful views from the balcony. Location was ideal and the amenities were spot on. Food was great and ample parking facilities.

Good size room, nice view of golf course. Decent gym. Great location.

Very nice staff. We were upgraded as it was my partner's birthday and the room was lovely. Very nice big bed. Our car wouldn't start when we checked out and the staff were very quick to get someone to come round and to jump start our car. Lovely stay.

Very clean and good customer service

Stay was ok but not a cosy Cotswold hotel. Also good to shop around as Hotel.com charged £30.00 more than on the hotel's web site, so wasnt a great start.

Such a nice place to be on a holiday for a few days. Very clean and nice friendly staff. Good views of golf course from the balcony adds to the experience.

We received a free upgrade to a suite which was lovely and spacious. It was very clean and had a large bathroom including complimentary toiletries.

Lovely hotel and staff. We were upgraded to a suite and it was lovely. Warm and the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Huge bathroom with toiletries. Tea & Coffee etc. Great stay & we will return soon x

Lets start with the positive, the room was clean. Food choices in the restaurant was poor and over priced - £22.50 for Fish & Chips and every item on the hot buffet breakfast was warm at best, cold bacon, hash brown and beans aren't great. All round poor value

We did not stay, we wanted to change our date to the following day but were told we had to contact Expedia, who told also told us that we had to contact the hotel, so with neither taking responsibility or helping, especially when there was a room available so it was just a straight swap, our one night away a year was spoilt. Sadly I don’t feel Comfortable or confident in using this hotel or Expedia again.
