Super clean! Friendly receptionist. The area is very convenient, my daughter and I stayed there and we loved it!! We really were out all day, but the time we were out there we felt comfortable,safe and made our stray more memorable ❤️

I was almost ripped off. I was inly staying for a night on a weekend. The individuals at the desk were not very helpful when it came to parking arrangements. The streets outside were pay and display system therefore the hotel proposed I can park on the street for a fee of 32€ until check out time- which was 11:00hrs the next morning. Only until me and my husband went outside to check the machine to find out its free to park on weekends. We wasted almost 1hr trying to figure this all out. Which was a waste of our time had the reception desk told us it was free on weekends.

A bit of a quieter place in Paris with many good dining places.

The property was amazing, the staff and front desk were kind and accommodating. This will be where I stay from now on while visiting Paris

Booked the Jr. Suite in June 2025 with my wife and 5 month old baby and they have large cribs for the baby. Room was spacious, included a small outdoor balcony, couch/pullout bed, 2 chairs and a stool, and a small desk. The room was very clean but not spotless. The shower could have been cleaned better - there was a hair on the ground and the shower ground seemed a little dirty. Only other personal complaints are that there’s no mini fridge in the room and no ice machines in the hallways. I didn’t look into these amenities prior to booking, but it would be nice for a Jr Suite to have a mini/bar fridge. Unless you order a bottle of champagne (which comes with a bucket of ice) they will only give you a paper cup of ice from the ice machine they have behind the bar. Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful with asking for extra towels, calling a taxi, or asking for directions. The outdoor courtyard is very beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Breakfast bar included yogurt, fruit, toast, croissants, cheese, cold cuts, hard boiled eggs, and a few other items. Room service food and drink items are limited, I think there was only a cheese plate, and charcuterie/meat plate for food items. Bottle of coke was €5. We secured a good rate through Expedia but the regular posted rate (€600/night - Jr Suite) seems high. Would still highly recommend the hotel, ideally if you can get a discounted rate.

The hotel is new, the room is very spacious, very bright, clean, the bathroom is very nice, we loved it.

Staff are lovely and extremely helpful forgot my passport and only realised at Gare Du Nord - they assisted in the entire process of getting it back to me in an Uber. Hotel room was very clean and standard were maintained.

Fantastic experience. Room was quiet, comfortable, and the A/C was surprisingly good. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The area is peaceful, safe, and perfect for walking.

Jättebra! Fint och rent, nära till tunnelbana och supermarket. Enda jag saknade var en miniba/kyl på rummet. Frukosten helt ok, vanlig fransk hotellfrukost så inget märkvärdigt.

Great neighborhood. Never stated in the 17th before. Happy we did. If you have to have a car, the parking garage is great - but only 4 spaces. The AC works wonders. Amazing shower. Very quiet. Happy to have stayed

Front desk lady provided excellent service and accommodated to our needs. Very helpful and patient! The check out was also smooth and the young man at the front desk was very pleasant to speak to and helpful when offering us advice

Nice rooms, nice area close to public transport and Arc de triumphe. 15 minutes walk. Very nice sat

Nice small hotel

This is a very small, basic hotel. If all you need is a place to sleep it’s done, but it is quite a distance from everything in Paris, zero dining options inside the hotel, other than a buffet breakfast (which was adequate), they will not even allow you to bring in food and dine on the patio. Handful of restaurants nearby but were infrequently open. Staff was quite rude and unhelpful. Housekeeping was not up to par at all. Fresh towels every day but not new coffee cups or water glasses. Stingy with the low budget instant coffee for the rooms. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming to Paris for the first time.
