Being very objective: the staff is very helpful and nice, but the hotel is clearly not of a 5* standard; rather a 3.5-4*, as previous customers said. The rooms are visually nice, but not that clean, the window isolation is horrible, you hear the cara all night. The overall rating shouldn't be more than 7.5/10. Way too expensive for the quality. And breakfast absolutely horrible... no even joghurt available. I should have trusted the previous ratings.

After many years of staying in Beirut, I finally found a hotel that I never hesitate to book again. I’ve stayed here several times and always choose the Executive Room. The hotel itself and the staff are absolutely amazing. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are very clean, and overall the service is excellent. Every stay has been pleasant and relaxing. That said, there are a few small points I truly hope will be improved by my next visit: • Replacing the towels with newer ones • Vacuuming the rooms before mopping, as I’ve noticed dust and hair under the bed and on the floor • Improving the breakfast buffet variety • Adding a proper coffee machine, especially considering the price of the Executive Rooms Overall, my experiences have been very happy and comfortable, and this remains my favourite hotel in Beirut. I’m confident that with these small improvements, it would be absolutely perfect. I look forward to my next stay.

The staff at this hotel is really amazing! My only complaints are that we had a leak in our bathroom which they tried to fix several times but it never fully got resolved and the food was not so good! But the amenities, staff, and ambience were very nice!

This is my second stay at this hotel in a month time period and it was as good as the first stay. Still they need to update their towels and in some rooms the mattress.

Clean and spacious rooms, and a nice staff. Could use better and newer towels, and maybe add bath robes? But all in all I would recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel! Good service, location and clean new furniture.

Really nice hotel. Staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived. They upgraded our room free of charge and staff were very helpful at arranging taxis and also giving us tips and suggestions on where to visit. Only down side would be breakfast options were okay, could have been better but aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay
