Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast

Great hotel with good service. Would stay again

Really loud, really hot, we booked the double room but it didnt look like the pictures at all and was exceptionally small. No hot water one morning, and the room was never cleaned (but clearly the cleaners had access to our room seeing as they left cleaning product in it one day). Was told upon arrival it was transitioning to a boutique hotel, which is as the online information suggested - but was very much not there yet.

Stod att det skulle finnas parkering men det fans inte. Väldigt lyhört från gatan.

Decently priced for Amsterdam. Great location, our favourite part of the city. The room was a little cramped, but ok overall. There is no aircon, just a ceiling fan, so I cannot recommend staying there during very hot days

Veldig slitent rom. Badet hang såvidt sammen. Kranen på vasken var løs. Dusjen hang såvidt på veggen. Malingen iferd med å flasse av i taket. Stolene på rommet var så slitt at trekket var borte. Spillkonsollene virket ikke. Og kunne ikke bli byttet. Ligger ca 20 min rask gange unna sentrum. Ikke verdt prisen som må betales.

Bruyant au rdc. Lit trop petit et inconfortable. Pas de parking alors que c'est indiqué dans la description de l'hôtel.

This place was so much fun to stay at. That had pretty much every video game that you can imagine to play on any console. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They also had a separate arcade room that was a bonus. My whole family loved staying here.

Comfy bed room was very small but it’s Amsterdam so to be expected. Price was good considering. Great location. Nice staff. Bike hire was easy. Tram / metro outside the door

Good location. Room very clean and friendly staff. The other guests were a bit too noisy but it is not the hotel's fault. Possibility to rent a bike (which I didn't but I like the idea!).

Grappig en origineel hotelconcept. Je voelt je vrij snel thuis omdat het een klein hotel betreft met de nodige voorzieningen. De ligging is goed, anders dan het drukke centrum maar met een mooie buurt, tegenover een park en diner opties in de buurt.

This place was great! Staff was very friendly and the price for the room was spot on for Europe. Coffee and pastries just a few min. walk away. A beautiful park across the street. Several restaurants with in walking distance too. If you are a light sleeper, request an off street room. Noisy allllllll night. Nothing that ear plugs can't cure :)

It was a great location and alit option in the are. The hotel had a lot to offer for gamers.

Hôtel complètement dans le thème annoncé, dans les moindre détails. La salle d'arcade ferme un peu tôt. Petit dejeuner en doggy bag pratique et copieux. Attention pas de stationnement possible comme annoncé, le prévoir en parallèle car très cher dans la rue. Centre d'Amsterdam très facile d'accès à pied ou en tramway.

One of the most pleasantly quirky hotels!

Un hospedaje bien ubicado Buenas instalaciones de dormitorio. Solo que todo es decorado para gamers.

The hotel was in a convenient location for my purposes. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. My room was on the street side and so a little loud. Check-in and check-out were quick and I felt safe as a solo female traveler.

Trevligt, annorlunda, personligt, ambitiöst. Fint!

Das Arcade Hotel in Amsterdam hat uns als Paar wirklich begeistert. Die Retro-Gaming-Atmosphäre mit Konsolen in den Zimmern und einer Arcade-Halle mit zahlreichen Automaten war einfach fantastisch. Wir haben es sehr genossen, abends in der Arcade-Halle zu spielen und die nostalgischen Spiele auszuprobieren. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, da Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Heineken Experience und das Rijksmuseum in der Nähe sind. Auch die Umgebung bietet viele gemütliche Cafés und Restaurants. Für das Parken empfehlen wir die P&R-Stationen, besonders P&R RAI. Dort kostet das Parken nur 6 € pro 24 Stunden, wenn man eine P&R-Bahnkarte für 6 € kauft. Ohne diese Karte würde das Parken 33 € pro Tag kosten, daher war dieser Tipp sehr nützlich für uns. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Arcade Hotel Amsterdam eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen, besonders für Paare und Gaming-Enthusiasten, die nach einer einzigartigen Unterkunft suchen.
