I love the property.. great service .. kids enjoyed the pool

Check in was a breeze and the hotel was centrally located to all I needed. Parking right at the room, with exterior entrances, which I prefer. The property is older but has been maintained. The bed was comfortable and fridge and microwave in the room a plus

They stay was fine, the charges are not. my stay was less than $200 and i’ve been charged right at $400. someone needs to fix that.

Friendly staff, very well kept landscape and office/reception. Rooms are older in appearance (though I believe the rooms are being updated) and ours had a musty odor. A/C worked excellent. Comfortable beds. Some areas bordering exterior rooms felt a bit sketchy. Overall good place with great value compared to other lodging in the area.

This is an affordable place to stay. I traveled to Pensacola for work. Didn't spend much time around the hotel other than to sleep and shower. Great Hot water! Large fridge was a bonus for my needs.

There was a very strong smell of either deodorizer or cleaning products in our room, which was a bit overwhelming. The floor was sticky, also.

Room and grounds very clean and well kept. Staff friendly and courteous. Pool nice swimming. Well maintained. Skimmer didn't seem to be working efficiently some debris floating around the pool. Minor issues with bathroom drain plug and toilet handle. Staff made note of this whole reported it upon checking out.

I was a late check in, I did let them know. The front desks person was right there waiting for me. She actually changed my room to inside main building, as it was quieter, and safer. Breakfast was standard fare, all fresh.

One of us literally had a bug fall off of us when first waking up. On further investigation we pulled the sheets back and found another in the bed. I'm pretty sure this was an adult bed bug. We immediately packed up and left. This place felt a little sketchy upon checking in but we decided to stay the first night because it was a quick two night stay where we would only be at the hotel to sleep as we were there for work. I ended up booking another place the second night. NEVER AGAIN! If management says this is not true we have video proof of the bugs in our bed. I emailed the property requesting a refund for the night we did not stay and have gotten no response which adds to the frustration.

It was decent for price. Towels smelled weird and toilet ran all night but otherwise not bad.

The lobby is done really nice and all this marble, but when you walk into your room and has a moldy smell, and when I got into the shower, a bunch of black mold, come around the edge of the shower because it’s not sealed against the wall there is all kind of people hanging out outside being extremely loud Everything around it is run down. The back of the building is all rundown. The only thing that looks nice is the lobby and then they charge you $100 deposit when you get there for in case you mess something up but that’s not said when you book it It’s definitely not worth $145 plus the hundred dollar deposit the only reason I stayed is because there was the closest hotel to the hospital where my brother was at end of stage life and I just wanted a quick shower and change of clothes cause I haven’t had one in three days

The room was clean and quiet. It was more than adequate for my one night stay.

Staff was friendly. Our TV didn't work but the maintenance guy tried to fix. English was very limited but we used Google translate and he said the correct remote was lost! Overall it was fine!

The place looked exactly how photos show. Front desk service was beyond great! For the price I will definitely visit again. Oh yeah the grab and go breakfast was great!!

The room was clean and modern looking. The lobby was clean and inviting. The staff handled check in quickly and were friendly.

Large fridge, microwave, a real ironing board! Table, chair and ample space in room area and bathroom. Could use a floor rug. Nice breakfast to go and pool area. Friendly staff.
