The staff provided exemplary customer service. The housekeeping staff kept the room clean at all times and the food & beverage staff were outstanding. Only wished breakfast offered more Panamanian style cuisine.

Property location is not for everyone, if you like to be among the localsl the true Panamanians this is the location for you walking distance to a lot of places. I wouldn’t totally call this a luxury hotel but it’s in good condition, clean and nice staff. Overall it’s a 8.5/10

I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here what you see in the pictures are what you will actually get breakfast was great too staff soo friendly and the pool is beautiful . When next i come back jm staying there so conveniently positioned as well close to everything.

We recently stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott Panama City and came away genuinely impressed. Everything you need is there without the clutter, and it made for a very comfortable stay. But what truly made this place stand out was the staff. We had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful young lady by the name of Yaney. She was not only great at her job but had such a lovely manner about her. She went above and beyond with a warmth and professionalism that you don't always find, and she genuinely made our experience special. The rest of the staff were equally impressive. Everyone was always polite and made a point to acknowledge us — whether it was a friendly greeting in the lobby, a smile at the elevator, or a quick check-in to see if we needed anything. It's those small, consistent touches that turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. The rooftop pool with its panoramic views of the Panama City skyline is a definite highlight, and the hotel's location in the financial district puts you within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. If you're looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in Panama City with staff who truly care about your experience, the AC Hotel by Marriott is an excellent choice. Nice place located in the city limits and close to everything. Very nice view. Staff very helpful and very pleasant. Really liked the off street parki g garage that was FREE. ! Would definitely return on my next visit.
