Most of the staff were fine. Seems short staffed. One very rude. Raymond awesome. The room has some disrepair. Need foam option for pillows. Amazing water pressure. Overall, a satisfactory stay. THE AREA BEHIND THE BACK PARKING LOT LOOKS LIKE A DUMPSTER WAS EMPTIED THERE. LOTS OF LITTER.

We stayed here before and like the rooms. We have a family and so the kitchen is very convenient. This time around I’d say the staff need better training on customer service skills. Otherwise the day was good.

Property was nice unfortunately the room we got air conditioner was dumping water onto rug. Hotel fully booked no other rooms available. Maintenance tried fixing and used a shop vac on rug. Hotel management wouldn’t give discount on room. Even though they acknowledged there was a problem. Feel sorry for whoever gets room in future because it will be a moldy mess.

Our stay was good. Breakfast was okay, not the greatest. My only concern and complaint would be the lighting in the parking lot. It was too dark, no lights at all. We had to park in front of hotel in the restaurants parking lot because it was lit up well.

Was really bad. To start with, I made a call to an agent to ask for early check out, but was denied as they mentioned the room will be thouroughly cleaned and ready for us. Hence, we checked in late as we changed our plan. The AC units on our room was leaking with water running to the carper, one of the room had no air conditioning since someone had closed the vents. Trrible experienc,e the hallways smelled really bad as if there we some drugs . The break fast was promosed to be good, but rhe sausages were the driest I've ever seen. You could technically throw it at someone and get them hurt . Real bad.

I had to walk down a hall that was swap everyday. The carpet was so wet it splashed when I walked. They only has little box fan blowing on the carpet 40 feet long. God only knows what was behind the wall I could not see. I am worried about mold. I will not be going back.

Everything was great. Everything was clean. Everybody was helpful.

2nd time booking here. We enjoy the room size and pet friendly bookings. Our family has enjoyed the complementary hot breakfast. Especially the waffle design. We also love the pool area. The hours are wonderful and the staff always have fresh pool towels. The rooms are comfortable I do wish the rooms had a DVD player or more channels but that’s nothing serious. The pillows are extra soft i definitely had to use more then one and the bed are soft. The staff are friendly and helpful. Heads up door dash/ other delivery services do seem to have a hard time with deliveries. There is a neighboring hotel and there have a few wrong:missing deliveries dropped at the neighboring hotel.

The bed and pillows were absolutely a dream...the breakfast was wonderfully filling with a wide variety of staples and surprisingly delicious extras, and the staff were friendly & responsive when we reported our room phone had no dial tone. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We loved staying here! Michael, the manager at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was sincerely sweet and hospitable. The breakfast buffet was crazy good! The food was freshly cooked and plentiful. Our room was very quiet with a comfortable bed, well-equipped mini kitchen and nice big TV. We will be staying again!

Bathroom shower head needed tightening. Toilet kept running after flush. Shower curtain wasn’t long enough resulting in a lot of water on bathroom floor. Got locked in bathroom as latch was broken. Booked 2 queens and received a call as I was entering parking lot to tell me they didn’t have any available. Stated issue was with Expedia. Fortunately had king accessible room available, but it was musty smelling.

Staff was very friendly despite our issue with the name on our booking. The room fit all 6 family members and still left room to walk around so we didn’t feel cramped. Cleanliness was great in all areas! Restaurants and movie theater were so close too!

I have atayed at this hotel on 2 occasions die to work related... Always a warm smile, quick and easy check in, and great breakfast. Very quit rooms.

Very friendly and very helpful with the information we needed for the storm heading our way .I was grateful for the help to take all the precautions.
