Hotel offers free parking, but this was full so had to park some distance away at a cost of Euro 20!

Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena. El staff muy amable y el parking fácil frente al hotel. El hotel está bien ubicado y se puede caminar a cualquier lugar.

Large room, easy to get to the city. Very helpful staff. Continual struggle to connect to the free wifi. Parking available but very tight spaces.

Beautiful view from the patio, easy access to town and the water, quiet.

Situé sur les hauteurs de Santander, vous pouvez laisser la voiture au parking de l'hôtel pour aller en ville. On descend par l'ascenseur et/ou les marches et on remonte avec les escalators et l'ascenseur. On est dans le centre en moins de 10 minutes. Hôtel très calme, il porte bien son nom car il est bourré d'œuvres d'art (sculptures, peintures ...). Petit hôtl intimiste de moins de 15 chambres, on se sent bien, surtout que le personnel est très aimable et francophone. La vue sur la baie est très appréciable, la chambre grande, le balcon bien agréable et les terrasses, pour ceux qui en ont sont grandes. Le petit déjeuner buffet est de bonne qualité. En résumé, je recommande cet hôtel.

Location is excellent with a 7 minute walk to town center. The view of Santander is also fabulous. There were some minor maintenance issues and auto parking is limited so make prior arrangements with the hotel

The air conditioning was not efficient enough to cool down the room.Not very pleasant during warm days

the staff very friendly. Location is not good is on a hill and far from the places that you want to go. The A/C didnt work. The room was a sauna, we reported 4 times and they didnt fix it. There are better places to stay

Für das, was das Zimmer geboten hat, war es zu teuer. Sauber und freundliches Personal, aber im Zimmer zeigten sich einige Spuren der vergangenen Jahre: Angeschlagene Ecken an Möbeln, riesige Macken im Fußboden und ein muffiger Geruch beim Betreten des Zimmers. Als wenn immer Feuchtigkeit vorhanden ist und aufgrund der kleinen Fenster lässt sich schlecht durchlüften. Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten.

Le parking passe par un ascenseur à voitures. Claustrophobes s'abstenir ! J'ai appris à la fin que l'hôtel disposait d'un autre parking, mais je ne sais pas s'il est moins impressionnant. L'hôtel est situé à l'écart du centre-ville, dans les hauteurs. Il reste très accessible à pied grâce à une succession de trottoirs roulants et d'ascenseurs publics. Bon côté, la rue est hyper-calme et la vue (si vous avez une chambre avec vue) imprenable !

El acabado de la habitación y el baño es mejorable.
