La propiedad es lujosa, muy bonita, una excelente ubicación, la habitación fue bonita, amplia y camas en buen estado. El servicio en el restaurante no fue bueno, en la recepción no fueron tan eficiente y poca información o descortés. El chk in fue rápido. Mi reserva fue fácil de encontrar pero fue muy poco atento y ni se tomaron un momento para explicarme dónde o cómo podía llegar a mi habitación. El parqueador fue muy amable y muy eficiente. En el restaurante fueron muy desatento, creo que uno de mi error fue pagar la cena por Expedia. Creo que pagué más que lo que recibí, tuve que pagar extra. Pague una cena gratis para dos y terminamos pagando 35 dólares más. El servicio en el restaurante en cena y desayuno malas. Por cierto, los postres no estaban bueno. Nos llevamos uno a la habitación, fue el tiramisú y se sentía dañado. Cuando llegué al restaurante en el desayuno había un señor con acento, él fue muy educado, nos recibió muy bien pero ya los meseros nada que ver. Llame dos veces a servicio de habitacion solicitando algunas cosas y fueron muy eficiente.

Spacious, elegant, and with breathtaking views, it truly made our trip feel extra special. The on-site dining options are impressive, but the sushi restaurant is an absolute must-try—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The spa experience was equally amazing. I highly recommend the deep tissue massage for total relaxation. The salon was top-notch as well. The pool area, the jacuzzi, and the bar service all exceeded expectations. Everywhere you turn, there’s something to enjoy, and the hospitality is consistent throughout. If you’re staying in the capital area, this hotel is a must. I’ve already booked my return trip in two weeks—because once you experience this level of service and these stunning views, you’ll want to come back again and again.

We had a very nice stay! Staff was great. Hotel location was very convenient with many amenities and restaurants nearby. Rooms and common areas were immaculately clean and well maintained. Parking was super easy.
