Room was spotless. Staff were very friendly. Lovely calm relaxing environment. Our second stay and we definitely will be back!

The staff were brilliant, friendly and approachable. Breakfast very good but we personally didn’t like the evening menu, we prefer simple food and larger portions. Our sea view room was lovely, clean with an enormous bed. We would definitely stay there again. Location and views breathtakingly.

The room was clean and modern, the staff were incredibly friendly, especially the manager. I would 100% return. Lovely bar area and just a lovely hotel, by far our favourite place to stay. We stayed in a dog-friendly room and, while everything was great, it would have been helpful to have a fridge to store my dog’s fresh (human) food, which needs to be kept refrigerated. A dog water bowl would also have been useful, as we had forgotten ours. That said, the shops in Tenby are only a few minutes’ walk away and had plenty of dog supplies available. Would recommend hotel!

I was disappointed that there was no shelter for people who smoke as you have to go outside.

Room was beautiful. We got a free upgrade because it was my partner birthday. Clean , very comfortable room and beds were massive . Staff lovely x couldn’t do enough for us

The rooms were immaculately clean and recently refurbished and the views were fantastic. Great value for the money.
