Everything was clean and fresh throughout my stay. I ended up staying here multiple times while traveling in and out of Antigua during my trip to Guatemala. The rooftop is lovely, with an amazing view of Volcán de Agua, and the courtyard is absolutely beautiful. It’s worth noting that it can be a bit noisy, as you can hear what’s happening in the courtyard—like guests or staff passing through, doors closing, and the water fountain (which is turned off at night). It’s not party noise or loud crowds, just general ambient sounds. The location is very convenient, and the staff is friendly. I would definitely come back.

Great central location and very walkable around Antigua. Unfortunately, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and aggravated my lower back. By the second day, I could barely walk and had to check out a day early. The hotel refused to reimburse the unused night and would not provide documentation of my early check-out. I booked through Expedia, but they were not helpful either, and I spent a lot of time trying to resolve it. I ultimately had to let it go to enjoy the rest of my trip. Due to the beds and lack of support, I would not recommend staying here, especially if you have back issues.

La verdad la propiedad muy linda pero hubo un incombeniente porque entraron a mi habitación sin autorización a parte de eso me cobraron una toalla que dijeron estaba quemada y no era asi igual la pague pero fue abusivo

Habitación llena de polvo, agua caliente en la ducha solo si abres muy poco el grifo, agua caliente en el lavabo totalmente ausente. Entorno peligroso: volví después de medianoche y debería haber habido recepción las 24 horas con un botón para llamar y que te abrieran; en cambio, pasaron varios minutos sin que llegara nadie y me quedé en una calle oscura y peligrosa con personas peligrosas que se acercaban. Y cuando llamé por enésima vez, la persona que llegó me dejó fuera otros segundos porque estaba molesta porque había llamado varias veces y siguió discutiendo dentro sin disculparse y con arrogancia. ¡Inaceptable y peligroso!

Se necesita mejores colchones, no hay mucha privacidad pues se escucha todo y los cuartos son pequeños igualmente que la TV.
