Bon séjour Nous étions là que pour dormir on venait pour un concert mais que ce soit l’accueil pour l’arrivée et le petit dej on était très agréable La chambre était correct propre Tout sait bien passé

Arrivant d'une journée caniculaire, le personnel me dit l'hôtel est dépourvu de climatisation. La cabine de douche est vieillissante pommeau de douche fuyait.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when visiting Lyon...good location, and friendly staffs. The room was very hot during our last stay...because it had no AC in the room. But the receptionist offered us a fan which helped a lot..

Hôtel correct, conforme au standard de la chaîne. Mais, non climatisé et situé dans un quartier mal desservi, tout en travaux, difficile d'accès à pied ou en transport en commun, mal équipé en restauration hors Mc Do, dans un environnement peu attractif, présence de nombreuses fourgonnette de péripatéticiennes...

Casi aceptable. El desayuno pagado salva x el precio. Habitacion incómoda y sin aire acondicionado. No recomendable.

Located in the South of the City with tram & underground stops about 10 minutes walk away but major roadworks are taking place right outside the hotel. It is a budget hotel but was expensive for a very basic room

L'accès en voiture a été très compliqué. Vous n'êtes pas responsables des travaux, mais l'arrivée en voiture n'était pas fléchée. Dommage

Le quartier dans lequel se trouve l'hôtel est en travaux et le soir il ne faut pas trainer dehors. L'hotel est vraiment moyen. Le lit superposé était sale et il y avait des toiles d'arraignée au plafond.

Le séjour a votre hôtel n'a pas très bien commencé, il y avait des travaux dans la rue et mon pneu a été crevé par une agrafe de chantier, 2 pneus a changés obligé de le regonfler et faire venir un dépanneur ( 700€ TTC). Et pour se garer certains prennent 2 places de parking. Donc c'était compliqué de se garer. Le reste rien a dire.

They refused to change my sheets due to the fact that it’s too expensive however it’s the hotels policy to change the sheets it was advertised on the rooms and elevator that they will upon request so I did and the response that I got it that it’s too expensive we won’t change these sheets if you want sheets don’t stay in a cheap hotel and buy one for 500 euros a night that’s what the receptionist said I’m not happy. Do not stay here never felt safe in here. Ibis is meant to have a standard however this was the worst hotel I ever stayed at never again. Floor was dirty bed was uncomfortable. Shower head didn’t have enough pressure and noise from the other room is loud
