Nice hotel, friendly staff, cosy & quaint room, does what it says on the tin.

Perfectly fine room for short stays where clothes storage is not a priority. Great Cafe nearby.

Good size accessible room and comfortable bed. Check in quick and easy. Accessible room has bars and fold down seat in the walk in shower. It could do with a towel rail, small set of drawers in the bedroom and the sink being further away from the toilet slightly. There is Emergancy cords in the shower and by the toilet. Breakfast was really good and hot. Good selection of food and apple juice or orange juice. Free tea and coffee 24/7. Check out easy and quick. Staff helpful and available 24/7.

The room was very basic. It was disappointing that the bathroom facilities weren’t self-contained, and the shower is essentially right next to the bed. Another issue was the parking. It costs £5 per night if you book through a third party like Expedia, which you have to pay on arrival, whereas it’s free if you book directly through Ibis. The difference isn’t very clear and feels a bit inconsistent. The noise from other guests early in the morning also disturbed my sleep, which didn’t help the overall experience. Overall, it’s quite basic, which you expect from an Ibis Budget, but there’s still room for improvement.

Hotel was great. Perfect for a one night stay. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Breakfast was nice and a good price!

Great easy hotel Perf for Alton towers has a really nice pub opposite it which did a carvery has petrol station and a breakfast and Asian cafe also great room was fine no hair dryer tho and small shower not in a bathroom and toilet was in a cupboard

Great place for a stop over..coffees available at reception , but if you want one first thing bring your own kettle 😉..

Stayed for a national hockey tournament

Internet was good, lived the smart tv access, aircon didn't work but wasn't a major issue, there is a huge shell petrol station that has a waitrose inside, also a subway and a coffee shop on the same complex, overall hotel is decent and fit for purpose it's modern and clean, if you want luxury go else where, if you just want a cheap clean no frill stay this is the place I'd give it a solid 7.5 out of 10.

Clean and functional but the rooms are quite small with limited space to get in and out (I had a tuba with me). I was surprised ti be charged £5 overnight car parking as id filtered on free parking in the search.

Ease of Check In. Room was Clean n Staff were Helpful Polite n on hand. Breakfast Nice n Drinks Machine fine. Only issue if wanted Drink in room then had to go to Reception area to get them,instead of Not Leaving Room. Been nice to have Facilities in Room like some others offer

Room amenities are appalling and we had to pay extra for parking which was not advertised. Breakfast offering was a disgrace. I had booked to stay at an Ibis at a future date but cancelled and found an alternative on the basis of this visit. Will never book Ibis Budget again.

I was woken at 1.30am by loud music playing from another guest. I had to look up the hotel reception number on my phone as not printed on room card wallet or displayed in room. It was dealt with quickly however on hearing the conversation it was as if it was not the first time it had happened. If that was the case why put me in a room next to a potential problem especially as I was on my own with two dogs
