I don’t recommend it. It was shocking when you are brought to the room with trash left in the bin, wet sink, used soap, used towel and pet bottles left under the bed. No cup was installed and they never bring it even if I asked for it. They said medical consultation is free but there was no such service existing. They didn’t even provide ice cube when my child hit the head because of their wet floor. Food is not well made. Everything tasted too less salty and not much variety in cooking method. In snack time you will basically only have fried or baked potato and some fruits. Facility itself is big but it’s running with far less employee. People don’t speak English.

Lækkert hotel. Ligger dejligt centralt . Meget larm på hotellet fra morgen til aften.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt schlecht und dem 5-Sterne-Standard nicht gerecht. Beim Ankommen fehlte eine ordentliche Einweisung – keine Erklärung, wo was ist oder wie Abläufe funktionieren. Das Zimmer war okay, aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen: Schränke und Türen schließen nicht richtig. Das Essen war leider unterdurchschnittlich – meist fad, optisch wenig ansprechend (v. a. Obst & Salate). Organisatorisch wirkte das Personal überfordert: Gläser und Besteck lassen auf sich warten, während Teller im Gegenzug viel zu schnell abgeräumt werden. Freundliche Mitarbeiter waren die Ausnahme, meist wurde man ignoriert. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich Atilla – er war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich um Anliegen gekümmert, die über den Standard hinausgehen. Der Strandshuttle war zu klein, aber da man in 10 Minuten laufen kann, war das erträglich. Extrem störend war jedoch der ständige Verkaufsdruck durch Spa-, Foto- und Sportmitarbeiter – auch nach mehrfacher Ablehnung. Der krönende Tiefpunkt war beim Auschecken: Eine Mitarbeiterin nahm uns ungefragt das Handy ab und füllte selbstständig eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung auf HolidayCheck aus – extrem übergriffig. Ohne diese Aktion wäre das Hotel mittelmäßig in Erinnerung geblieben, durch diesen Vorfall sehen wir uns gezwungen, eine ehrliche Bewertung zu teilen. Preislich mit ca. 150 €/Nacht zwar okay, aber das allein reicht leider nicht.

Ich fand das Hotel super schön toll und die Mitarbeiter waren hervorragend das essen ist sehr sehr lecker die snacks am Pool sind sehr gut die ein paar gerüchte die ich gelesen hatte hatte ich eine schlechte gewisse bis auf ich es selbst gesehen habe es stimmt mit den Gerüchten garnichts es ist alles hervorragend schön genau was man alles bei einem 5 Dterne Hotel sucht findet man dort ist echt sehr schön gewesen empfehle ich auf jedenfalls jeden der ein tolles Urlaub vorhat zu planen zu Wind of Lara zu kommen

Stay was good but hotel rooms aren’t being cleaned properly or at all. Food served is cold 90% of the time. Staff are friendly except one manager that spoke to everyone else except us (man with grey/white hair). In a good location close to beach and alot of shops!

I was over the bar that serves free drinks until 2am. Not very restful until after 2. Lots of choices of foods and drinks all day. Music blaring all day, sometimes 2 playing at the same time, so not relaxing. Room nice, poor bedding or inadequate Spa staff very pushy and not really a great paint job to be honest. Allowed me a 2 pm check out, possibly as I had slipped over on a wet floor. Taxi arrangements are not good, wanted to charge me £30 to the airport! I walked up to the road and got one more than half that. Yellow cabs are great

Helt perfekt hotell, allt va bra. Rent, stora fina rum, fint pool område, bra med transport till stranden, bra mat. trevlig personal speciellt Rosé. Som tog hand om allt du behövde . Har aldrig sett nån som går runt och pratar med alla, hjälper alla . Hon får 100 stjärnor. Chefen du måste ge henne bättre betalt 😉 och får inte glömma den grymma underhållnings teamet. Men Vedo du måste springa snabbare i gymmet 😂 Hälsning Enes o Edin

Allt var bra förutom maten var okej och ingen transport från flygplatsen till hotellet.

Buffet schlecht Personal manche sprechen keine fremdsprachen. Vollpension nicht was ich erwarten habe. Also 100 euros ist zuviel für das service. Wurde nicht mal 50 euros ausgeben

Tricky management I had reservations which they claimed it was not confirmed and made me buy a room then I wound up paying twice for that night The all inclusive food had no taste

I am writing to share my recent experience during my stay at Wind Of Lara Hotel, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. Firstly, I noticed that payments are only accepted in Euros, which could pose a challenge for American guests. Upon our arrival, we encountered a manager who was quite unprofessional and unwelcoming. It was apparent that tipping significantly influenced the level of service received; without it, we felt a distinct lack of respect. Additionally, the housekeeping standards were disappointing. We found that bathrooms were not cleaned adequately, and our pillowcases were not changed over the course of five days. Moreover, we were provided with only one key card for our room, regardless of the number of guests. The dining options were also underwhelming. We experienced a lack of variety, as the same meals were repeatedly served for both lunch and dinner. Given these issues, I regret to say that I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers, especially those from the U.S. Our seven-night stay turned out to be quite frustrating, and I feel it did not justify the price we paid. I hope improvements can be made for future guests.

Horrible customer service, bathrooms smell and shower was ckoggedsss. please do t waste your money and time.
