Unica nota positiva la posizione ma per il resto purtroppo non ci siamo: Stanza grande ma riscaldata esclusivamente da uno splitter che prevede ( per mantenere la camera calda ) che non venga mai spento rendendo l’aria molto secca e poco salubre ma comunque non fornendo una temperatura ottimale e ben distribuita! Pulizia approssimativa e nota assolutamente dolente tutti i cuscini sapevano di grasso derivante dall’usura e utilizzo! Le strutture dovrebbero imparare a mettere in primis dei copri cuscini e poi le federe ma soprattutto dovrebbero periodicamente igenizzare e lavare i cuscini o comprarne di nuovi! Camera abbastanza vecchia e mobili un po’ fatiscenti. Nel complesso quindi non c’è stato minimamente il confort che si ricerca in un soggiorno fuori casa!

The room was right on the Reali Square. Windows were huge, high ceiling with frescos, spacious, clean. What a treat.

I must say that the place is well-hidden and it was hard to find, which caused some frustration, especially with my daughter and mother out in the cold, I think you could make it easier for guests to check-in. Nonetheless, once you’re in, it is AMAZING. Let’s start with the cleaning staff, such kind and wonderful people, also the guy at the front desk is super cool and helpful. You cannot beat the location, I’ve stayed in Turin multiple times and this is by far the best location I’ve found. The room was top notch and always clean. So even if the check-in was complex, I’m still giving it 5 starts because of all the other perks. Now that I know the drill, I will certainly stay here in my next Torino trip.

Great place, location cannot be more perfect, but....take shower and water will not going down to drain and go around bathroom floor.

Very important. I could not stay at the property and had to go to a different hotel. My cell phone was not working in Italy and long distance calls would have been too expensive. Also as a university prof on an intensive research schedule their hours were impossible for me. Yet i was working in the archivio di stato right near this hotel! In short a disaster for me!

It was great, the staff was helpful and friendly, there are lots of things right there near the hotel or just a short walk away. Various bus or tram lines are just steps away.

I mean it’s in the heart of city, area never sleep- but check in and check out time staffs are not always available, there should be a online remote access option instead of calling over phone for late check in

Perfect location in the city center. Basic room with large bathroom ( exclusively for you) next door. Friendly and helpful staff. As the receptionist is only during day time mostly on phone. But as all doors etc can be remotely opened this was ok. As a basic room my room was not well suited for work. Check if others have better chairs/ desk. Some noice from the plaza - but good aircon and isolated windows - so no problem Recommended

Beautiful palazzo overlooking Piazza as described by other reviews. Slight negative is the check in. We travel with internet but not necessarily mobile roaming, and check in requires phone calls for access when staff are offsite. Thankfully a local in the building helped us 😀 but was a bit awkward. Overall lovely place clean and modern, full of character. Would love to stay again. Thanks

Não havia ninguém na recepção tivemos que esperar por 30 minutos aí veio alguém da estadia luxo e nos ajudou informou o telefone e aí conseguimos entrar tudo autorizado remotamente mas pasmem não havia nenhuma informações sobre isso Mas o hotel tem a vista mais linda pra praça

La struttura è ottima e ci tornerò sicuramente se sarò a Torino nuovamente. sono arrivata in anticipo ho telefonato e mi hanno aperto per lasciare il bagaglio. La mia stanza aveva un bagno esterno (come da descrizione), pulito e comodo ma consiglierei un impianto di areazione. Nel complesso un buon hotel, molto consigliato!

La struttura risulta bella in ottima posizione con vista fantastica in palazzo d’epoca, purtroppo abbiamo avuto uno sgradevole inconveniente che ha rovinato completamente il soggiorno e il piacere dell’esperienza. Il bagno si è allagato a causa di un malfunzionamento dello scarico della doccia rendendolo inutilizzabile, e la struttura non è stata in grado di darci l’assistenza necessaria lasciandoci soli senza soluzioni. Deluso e completamente insoddisfatto.
