Toujours un plaisir de venir séjourner dans le Grand Mogador. Excellemment bien situé, un parking large et surveillé, un petit déjeune copieux et diversifié. Un petit bémol qui pourrait freiner certaines personnes : la qualité du wifi qui est vraiment médiocre.

The elevator breaks down, we ask for towels, and it takes over an hour to get them; we have to make multiple calls to get one answered. mismanaged hotel, we will not stay again and we'll not recommend it.

Parfait

The Hotel is actually good, but the service was not that great. Beside that my room wasn't really ready at the beginning, such as missing towels, a empty mini bar and leftover from the guest before. The receptionist where friendly and always helpful. The only negative point is that the breakfast with 26euro is to expensive. I mean to be honest, its Morocco and not New york. If its would be 16euro, would be acceptable.

Pro: large rooms, safe inside, frig was good, large lobby and wide hallways, felt very nice, whatever you request gets delivered in 5 minutes, wry mice staff Cons: not enough garbage cans ( may need larger ones), no exhaust fan in the toilet area!!! Very embarrassing!!, need more cloth hangers

The front desk was great the room was nice, it is a large hotel, the parking is guarded 24/7 so I felt safe parking the car

Amazing customer service, delicious food, and a large beautiful room with a great view of the city. Wish I could have stayed longer. Looking forward to next time.

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Sidérant pour un hôtel de ce prétendu « standing » de proposer des chambres sales (miettes de gâteaux partout, cafard, odeur de cigarette imprégnée, flacons de gel douche ouverts). Pas de table à repasser (deux pour tout l’hôtel, à réclamer 5 fois en moyenne) Néanmoins literie très confortable, et rideaux très occultants et bon room service et les volumes spacieux pour la chambre exécutive. Ceci est l’avis pour 6 chambres différentes et pas seulement un cas isolé

Grand Mogador City Center in Casablanca was a delightful surprise during my short stay. Overall, Grand Mogador City Center exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Casablanca.

C'était bien sauf qu'on n'a pas voulu nous laisser monter avec de petites bouteilles d'eau. Je n'ai pas compris.

Bon Hôtel some toute

Albergo di ottimo livello, personale simpatico, meno alla reception (non hanno mai i sodi da rendere). Di giorno spesso ci sono problemi di parcheggio

There was no area to socialize with other guests for coffee etc. It was centrally located

The room was nice, big, and comfortable. The breakfast is not that great.
