Det var okay til prisen

Room was spacious and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough. Close to central Ratingen. Parking was not a problem.

Clean, perfect room for on person, easy code access into the hotel front door and the room too, pleasant staff in the morning, I didn’t eat but the breakfast setup looked good, easy access on foot or public transportation nearby.

Tolle Zimmer, geräumig, wie neu renoviert. Auch die Ausstattung, wie Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank, sind hier gegeben. Sehr freundliches Personal

​Initial Impression: The self-check-in/out process was efficient, and the room initially presented as clean upon entry. ​ Missing Amenity: We were highly disappointed to find that the baby bed we required was not available or provided, which created an immediate and significant inconvenience for our family. ​Severe Hygiene Hazard: The most alarming issue was discovered in the morning when I found bedbugs in my pillow. This constitutes a severe health and hygiene hazard. This is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, and this room requires immediate professional fumigation and sanitation. ​Privacy Failure: Additionally, the room's curtain could not close the whole way, leaving a visible gap. This seriously compromised our privacy, as anyone outside could look directly into the room. ​Action Required: Room 34 must be immediately inspected and taken out of service to address the confirmed pest issue and the basic maintenance fault with the window covering. We expect a prompt response regarding how these dangerous and unprofessional failings will be corrected.

Alles war gut nur kein Personal da aber okay

Das äußere Erscheinungsbild des Hotels spiegelt definitiv nicht das Innere wieder. Von außen ist es doch etwas älter, die Zimmer sind jedoch super modern und schön eingerichtet. Zimmer und. Da waren sehr sauber. Der Check in war sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Das mit dem KeyCode war etwas umständlich.Wir waren 15min früher daund man ist nicht rein gekommen.

The property was renovated, very clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, had two windows and had fresh air, staff very friendly, Nina was an amazing host, very friendly and polite.

Wenig parkplätze

Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und nochmal danke an die nette Dame die uns noch Frühstücken ließ obwohl wir 15 Minuten zu spät waren. Absolut niedliches Guesthouse, super nettes Personal, alles Top!

Gefiel mir: Nettes Dachzimmer, bequemes Bett. Frühstücksbuffet gut. Insgesamt gemütlich. Könnte noch verbessert werden: kein Nachtisch neben dem Bett; angekündigter Schreibtisch ohne Stuhl, nur Hocker; kein Sessel zum Ausruhen. Keypad für Zugang zum Zimmer war im dunkeln Eck, so dass man die Zahlen beim Eingeben fast gar nicht sehen konnte.

Check-in online, camera spaziosa e molto pulita. Con tutti i confort, asciugacapelli, bollitore, doppi cuscini, letto comodo.

Nett eingerichtet, sauber und ein bequemes Bett. Was will man mehr. Auch das Frühstück war gut.

Bad war nicht wirklich sauber, allgemein waren im Zimmer überall kleine Stellen die dreckig waren
