Habitación excelente y muy limpia, personal muy atento

Camas no son matrimoniales y dos personas no caben bien , almohadas pésimas, colchón súper pésimo y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, si no quieres pasar corajes y terminar pagando por un pésimo servicio no vallas a este hotel

Muy incómodo el estacionamiento, tuvimos q pararnos en la avenida para q nos abrieran una de las plumas, traemos un vehículo alto y no podíamos entrar .. y hay cobro por el estacionamiento

Its very good option but i have only at litle problem with the parking, i dont fell good paying everytime 20 mexicans coins per exit from the parking area

The receptionist at the lobby counter was really rude when i came in to check in my room, and i asked him a question if they had a microwave in the lobby and he gave me an attitude with an answer. He supposably couldn’t find my room i had booked and he was giving me a hard time, i didn’t get his name but he’s the one who checked us in and out and very disrespectful. I always come to this hotel when i stay in durango because of the good service and nice rooms and this makes me not want to return i hope this gets fixed.

Desde el momento en el que llegamos Miguel en la recepción se portó grosero, eran dos habitaciones, pedimos si podían ser en el mismo piso, nos dijo que no y nos dió en el 2do y 7mo piso. Volvimos por un problema en una de las habitaciones y siguió con su actitud grosera.

Muy comodo y practico, el Servicio muy bueno .

El hotel estaba bien, el baño un poco pequeño pero cumple con oo necesario

El desayuno no es bueno

El personal fue muy amabale

Todo en general pero sobresaliente el servicio del personal del hotel.
