Loved their buffet breakfast, easy access to the next door mall, and restaurants. Nice view, accessible elevator. Just make sure you check all your towels and bed linen mines had dirt marks on some of them. Rather then that I would stay here again yes.

I love this place, very affordable and nice. However I would like to suggest to have king room beds. And also provide small fridge. Maybe, not in all rooms but give the option to the guest. This would make this place my favorite. Thank you for your hospitality! SB

Close to the mall that it’s real nice

El estacionamiento es el mismo que el del centro comercial. Tener el centro comercial a un lado es bastante conveniente, con muchas opciones para comer.

Overall, my two\-day stay was good, but it was completely overshadowed by what happened on the last morning at the breakfast buffet\. I found moldy bread being served\. I immediately brought it to the manager’s attention, expecting him to take the situation seriously\. Instead, he simply took my plate, spoke to the kitchen manager, and had the bread removed from the buffet\. What disappointed me the most was his complete lack of concern\. He never apologized, never offered me fresh food, and never made any effort to address the situation or reassure me that the problem was being handled properly\. Serving moldy food is a serious health concern, and the response should have reflected that\. I expected much better customer service from the management\. A sincere apology and a simple gesture, such as replacing my breakfast, would have shown that they cared about their guests’ health and experience\. Instead, I was left feeling ignored and disappointed\. I hope the hotel improves its food safety standards and trains its staff to respond appropriately to situations like this in the future\.

Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Conveniently located to the major shopping centres and bus station is a big plus. Good selection of tv channels and cold AC were appreciated.

Increíble mi estancia y atención del personal, ágil a la hora de mi llegada a pesar de llegar de madrugada, el personal fue muy atento, entono lo que necesite en mi estancia

Lo único rescatable de nuestra estancia fue el desayuno y la amabilidad el personal. La habitación estaba SUCIA, la ropa de cama olía a humor hediondio. Abajo de la cama estaba lleno de basura, polvo, lanas, etc. Al llegar nos abordó una persona para darnos una cátedra del cuidado de agua, por lo visto están muy en su papel y no lavan sábanas ni toallas, eso es antihigiénico, fue totalmente desagradable intentar descansar en una cama que quién sabe desde cuándo no cambiaban la ropa. Por otro lado el clima no funcionaba correctamente, tuvimos que pedir asistencia para encenderlo y jamás lo pudimos apagar. El baño ni se diga, ni siquiera había un rollo de papel nuevo, estaba a la mitad a nuestra llegada. La regadera llena de cabellos. En la estancia al salir del elevador, las jarras de café y agua caliente estaban de adorno ya que jamás hubo servicio y según están disponibles las 24 horas del día.
