Sofa bed worked well for handicapped person.

Very accommodating and flexible let us extreme stay even as they were seling out kept rates lower than average for the days to extended

Rooms on the side of Prescott Street has a lot of traffic noise, so we wore ear plugs. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. We would definitely stay there again.

It was okay

Both Michelle and Mia were excellent employees. They made checkin very easy and helped me in any way they could on the days I was there. The selections for breakfast were great as well.

Very nice hotel

Numerous things went wrong during this stay: -toilet stopped flushing due to broken piece in tank -we left room at 9am and returned at 10pm to a room that was never cleaned all day- beds unmade, towels on floor, bathroom not cleaned etc… -called down that night for new towels so we could at least shower and had to go down ourselves to pick them up from front desk -there was nowhere to park onsite on first night so we had to park on another property -also there was no safe in our room to secure our belongings -the heater fan was so loud it woke us up every time it turned on- had to wear earplugs! We are Hilton Honors members and typically have great experiences, but will never stay at this Hampton Inn in Worcester again.

Parking was easy and convenient, front desk staff was very friendly and the room was nicely laid out and comfortable.

It is a great place and I enjoyed my stay. I just wish I knew I needed to bring my key card EVERYWHERE. Convenient place and good price!
