Fanns ett litet pentry med några tallrikar och glas, dock inga bestick. Efter två påpekanden kompletterades det med två av varje vad gäller gaffel, kniv och skedar. Var fyra rum och inte tillräckligt om fler vill äta samtidigt. AC fungerar inte.

We arrived late. This is in a very busy area of Pest and so it all looked rather dirty and creepy at night. At check in we were asked to give email address. Expedia does not show my email address and I haven’t needed to give it before. The night lady said to send me a receipt. I showed her my receipt. She got angry, stood, got our keys, threw them on the lower desk in front of us. She took us to a room off of the office to the street side of the building. We watched three other parties get taken to the courtyard side of the property. We felt the night lady was doing this because I angered her. The bathroom was clean. The floors were a colour that could hide dirt. The sheets were very thin, pulled and had dark lint on them. The pillows were old and the filling had broken down into chunks with dark shadows. The blankets were very thin, so my husband asked for other blankets which he received with even less grace than before. Curtains were not black out and there were bright lights outside the window. Both layers of windows could not block the noisy, busy streets. About 6 times emergency sirens went by before we went to sleep. Next morning after seeing our check in review the morning lady offered us a different room but we had already decided to leave. The morning office staff were friendly, kind and accommodating almost making up for the night lady, but nothing can change that room. If you stay here, arrive during the day (it also looks better) and avoid the office at night.

Tesisin konumu olağanüstü. Önünde otobüs durağı, altında marketi ce görülecek yerlere yakınlığıyla öne çıkıyor. Wifi hızlı, personel cana yakın. Tek eksiği tesisin yaşı ve bakımsızlığı.

A nota baixa foi porque era impossível dormir, os outros hóspedes faziam barulho o tempo todo e os funcionários ficavam fazendo barulho na parte da manhã toda e a acústica do quarto era terrível, qualquer barulho do lado de fora parecia que estava dentro do quarto…

The reception was really friendly. But the cleanliness needs improvement! The sheet had some stains and the kettle could also have used a cleaning. The street noise was really loud and combined with the poor pillow and mattress, it was difficult to get much sleep. The bathroom fan smelled bad, but otherwise, the bathroom was clean. You can't control the AC, only the reception staff can. Besides, the AC only provides heating.

Very central to everything, helpful staff, the room was nice and clean and had lots of amenities (private bathroom, microwave, fridge), lots of plug sockets

I can see why so many reviews say that this is the place they would stay again if they return to Budapest. There were some non-major issues: hard to find the front door the first time; why no coffee or tea WITH the kettle? But once there, my room was comfortable with no frills, just like I prefer. Staff is truly friendly and helpful. Very centrally located (Budapest has one of the best transit systems of any European city), and attractively priced. Yep, I’d stay there again.

Localização, conforto, limpeza e um excelente atendimento.... Acomodação bem simples, excelente custo e beneficio.

I was unable to arrive at the guesthouse due to the war situation — the airspace was closed and my flight was canceled. I contacted the management in advance and asked to postpone my stay. The booking had been fully paid months ahead, but unfortunately, they refused any flexibility or accommodation. In the short term, they kept the payment. In the long term, they have lost a returning guest — and potentially others who value fair and understanding service. I’ve visited Budapest many times, and there are plenty of places that treat guests with more consideration and flexibility. I recommend future travelers take this into account and choose carefully.

The Staff were very nice however the Room left a lot to be desired, the picture of Omega Guesthouse implies that the Rooms are around an internal courtyard whereas my Room Hi3 was facing the Main Road & Junction the Glazing was inadequate to cut out enough of the Tram/Emergency Vehicles,Buses & Cars ( stopped at lights) with loud Bass Music, the Room itself was fine ( cleaner could do better) apart from overly Firm Mattress & the Aircon Heating being set to one Temperature ( Day & Night) because the rooms are not given their own control.

La habitación y el baño súper limpios. Pero la entrada al edificio es muy fea. Ya adentro cambia muchísimo, pero afuera es de terror. Solo ponen una cobija, es todo. No más almohadas, o una sábana u otra cobija. En la esquina está un metro.

Escolhi o hotel por ser uma opção mais econômica, então já tinha ciência de que não se tratava de uma experiência de alto padrão. Ainda assim, acredito que alguns pontos podem ser melhorados. A equipe foi muito cordial e atenciosa durante toda a estadia. O quarto estava limpo e cheiroso, e a localização é excelente — realmente um grande diferencial, pois é possível fazer praticamente tudo a pé ou com fácil acesso ao metrô. No entanto, em termos de estrutura e conforto, houve alguns pontos que impactaram a experiência. Após o elevador, ainda era necessário subir um lance de escadas até o quarto. Não havia blackout na janela, o que deixava o ambiente muito claro à noite e comprometia um pouco a privacidade, já que era possível visualizar o interior do quarto a partir do prédio em frente. O isolamento acústico também não era bom — era possível ouvir claramente o corredor e o quarto ao lado. Além disso, o aquecedor não tinha um controle acessível, o que dificultava ajustar a temperatura do ambiente. O colchão apresentava desnível em um dos lados, e a roupa de cama (lençol, coberta e travesseiro) não era muito confortável. No geral, é uma opção bem localizada e com equipe atenciosa, mas acredito que melhorias na parte estrutural e de conforto fariam bastante diferença na experiência do hóspede.

Everything is clean . rooms washrooms microwave . Fridge. All good but address of this place little hard to find . even though your standing right in front of it . grocery stores general stores metro and trams all right outside . food venders restaurants all around this place .
