The place was very well presented. Lovely large room. Breakfast sent to room in a box different but in a good way. Location of property was excellent, one minute from the sea. A lot to see and do in Tenby some great restaurants.

With our top floor room (no lift), and a heatwave, we weren't sure how we'd cope. The room was prepared with blinds down and fan on. The bed was really comfortable, and the shower was great! Everything was spotlessly clean. Plenty of storage space, an iron, safe and a fridge, all included in the price. An excellent breakfast in a box was delivered at 9am (could be earlier if requested). Freshly cooked breakfast baps with sausage, bacon and egg. Along with fruit juice, pastries and a yoghurt. I'm gluten free and instead of pastries I had a Raw bar. Although we didn't see them, our hosts Jo and Joe were very responsive by text. Perfectly situated for the beach, and a short walk from the town, it was perfect for us.

Lovely welcome on our arrival and no waiting for our room. Combines the old with the new exceptionally well. Bedroom No.4 was very spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, cosy and warm. Hot shower too. Breakfast delivered to our room at 9.00am, comprised hot bacon, sausage and egg rolls, pastries, orange juice and yogurt. Really nice, enjoyed this personal touch. Fridge in room as well as usual tea making facility, key safe, clothes iron and board . Plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. Lovely location, quiet in the night, 2 minute walk to the Esplanade and only 5 minutes into the centre of town. Arriived by train, relativlely easy walk along Station Road, Queens Parade, Church Park and Culver Park to Victoria Street. Noticed the large car park at the the end of the stree and behind the hotel, with many visitors arriving and leaving from here. Would certainly stay here again.

Nice clean hotel with nice large room. Its in a perfect location for the beach , town , restaurants and bars. The complimentry breakfast sent to your room at 9am is a great idea and saves you having to get ready for going down to a dining room for breakfast. The host's are very freindly and dont bother you during your stay. We will stay here again when we come to Tenby.

Beautiful room with fantastic views of beach , lovely staff and spotless

I have stayed here before and second time round I felt it had improved a lot (not sure why as same owners!) I had the large room 1 on the ground floor which was very comfortable. Breakfast is a basic basket (with an incredible bacon, sausage and egg bap!!) which suited me well, but maybe it won’t be for everyone, and at 9am quite late for business people. Tenby cafes don’t seem to open until 9am either. Wonderful location and with street parking at Tenby a challenge, this hotel is very close to the big south beach car park - warning £10 for overnight stay. Overall I would use this hotel again.

Really friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. The location was perfect, literally a 5 minute or less walk to everything. The room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was lovely.

A fabulous B&B a few mins walk to the beach. Such a big room which was so clean and decorated beautifully. A really comfortable bed and a great bathroom. A lush breakfast delivered to the room. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Lovely. Clean & convenient B&B Just out side Tenby in the hotel zone with great sea views with a carpark to the rear with reasonable fees for £10 a night to park. with welcoming staff & great breakfast box to your door at 9 o'clock for a lovely breakfast in bed. Recommended
