When i arrived at the hotel last Saturday afternoon. I was greeted by the receptionist who was friendly and she asked me to fill my address and phone number which i did. I briefly spoke about the Hammerdown festival which i was attending later in the evening at The Factory Live. She gave me the keys and said you can either use the lift or stairs. I used the lift to my room on the third floor. It was a small room with a nice double bed but unfortunately a fly must of flew in tbe room when i opened the door. So that was a bit annoying. Anyway later in the evening i went to the festival and returned back to the hotel around after midnight. I didn't see the fly so it must of got out. So i went to sleep. In the morning i got ready and went down to have breakfast i asked the receptionist where i go she said it was on the right. So got myself a crossiant and a glass of orange. I noticed the staff were quite young and didnt ask me if i wanted a cooked breakfast or even a cup of tea when i sat at the table. But asked people at other tables if they did. I was just ignored. Anyway i finished my crossiant and glass of orange and handed the keys back to the receptionost who did say bye and wished me a good day. Unforunately the staff serving breakfast were unforunately not the same. So won't be visiting tbe hotel again for that reason.

We booked here last minute, and what a wonderful choice. The staff were simply incredible and really friendly. We came in a little early to see if we could check in early, and within 15 minutes we were sorted. The bar staff were great, we didn't have to wait for service and drinks and again really helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was perfect! It was the Luxe Double room with sea view, and so worth the money! We are definitely coming back again! Please keep up the amazing work, you all are a credit to yourselves!!

Hotel was in a great location, being close to the town centre and the sea front and the seaview was very nice. Breakfast was good and the staff were good throughout. The room had a huge en-suite bathroom which was finished to a very high standard and was very nice. The bedroom was ok but not to the same high standard as the bathroom and view of the sea was somewhat spoilt by the view of a poor condition balcony. The bed, although large, was not comfortable with both of us awaking early with back aches. Also, it was a bit odd that it was a very hot day but the room radiators were on...which meant we needed to open all the windows to cool the room down. We had a good stay here but the bed and heating were two issues that I'll remember for the future.

The room exceeded our expectations in size and offered a sea view. The staff exhibited great politeness and helpfulness. Our choice of The Burlington Hotel was influenced by its excellent restaurant located on Worthing's seafront. We dined both dinner and breakfast at this restaurant, and both experiences were extraordinary. The sole issue we encountered was a deteriorated window frame in our room. During our stay in June, characterised by hot weather, we were compelled to keep the window open to allow fresh air into the room, which lacked air conditioning, throughout the day and night. Regrettably, all windows at the property were in poor condition, exhibiting rot and being covered with mould and fungus. It was disheartening to observe that a historic hotel was in such a state of disrepair.

Room was lovely. Clean and well presented. Ideally located right by the beach. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

Difficult to give an overall assessment as only stayed there as a stop over. Hotel and staff pleasent.

Very spacious clean room With great view of sea & promenade. Evening meal in the Restaurant was also very nice, great view, excellent service and amazing food.

Some of the walls could do with a lick of a paint, otherwise a lovely stay

Nice entrance hall; really nice restaurant. Rooms were comfy.

Beautifully turned out seaside hotel. Especially like the fact that the family room had a double bed and two single beds (as opposed to a sofa or put up bed as is often provided). Made to order breakfast options were also fresh and delicious.

Great location, tired interior, messy and expensive drinks, ok for a one night pit stop and breakfast was good and included so good value for money.

Comfortable and clean, decent breakfast too

Staff friendly when booking in - couldn't find any when booking out. Room was clean although the broken 4-way power adaptors by the bed didn't look to clever. I would say overall ok but wouldn't take wife there for a weekend away.
