The maintenance team helped me to fix hair dryer in no time, appreciated it. Hot water supply must be improved. , Also, the lack of gym facilities is a big issue for me.

The stay at Satkar Grande was comfortable. Had a good experience with the service and their dining options had a wide selection of info western cuisine.

Well kept room with usual facilities. However be warned it is a popular wedding venue, so can be a little noisy up to 11pm.

Very well kept and great staff. Only one hanger in the room. Bring your own if you plan to hang up clothes.

Front office was very prompt. Restaurant service very good. Staff very prompt & polite. Next day resturant staff made an effort to come early to make breakfast available early as we were to check out early morning to reach airport. Great gesture
