部屋にカーペットが履かれていると嬉しい。特にベットルームにはカーペットが必要。

This is a great boutique hotel - spacious and very clean, really well situated in the middle of everything and close to the transport hubs. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here Only downside would be please give me 2 teabags of each tea type as there are 2 guests.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Gegend ist sehr belebt. Muss man mögen. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

The property has large and spacious units in the most central and convenient location and are accessible to many F&B outlets. Mostly, the receptionist, Celina, provided pleasant and friendly service.

房間乾淨，服務員態度非常好

シャワーベッドを落として壊してしまったのですが、すぐにスタッフの方が対応してくれ交換してくれそのまま使用できるようにしてくれました。修理費用の請求もされず気持ちの良い対応ですぐに対処して頂き感謝しかありません。お部屋も広くて清潔感もあり、快適に過ごすことができました。

I stay here every time I come to HK for work, which is a few times per year. The staff go above and beyond to be helpful. Having an apartment in the city means a break away from the craziness when you need it and facilities that mean you don’t need to eat out for every meal. The gym is sufficient for when you’re away from home, lounge is great and I will continue to stay here. My only constructive request would be to upsize to king size beds when they need to replace them and perhaps a topper upon request but otherwise it is pretty much perfect!
