The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The only thing I was not thrilled with was that my room overlooked several garbage receptacles outside. As early as 7 am, or slightly earlier, I woke up to the sound of people throwing garbage in the bins...and also the sound of glass bottles being thrown in. The bins outside wouldn't have bugged me so much if they waited until 8 am or 9 am or later to use them. Also, whoever was out there was smoking cigarettes' so I could smell it from my room. Apart from that, the place was nice the close to the airport.

Ich würde wieder dieses Hotel buchen, wenn ich in Hamburg übernachten muss

Schönes ,großes Zimmer, modern und praktisch. Tolles Badezimmer. Nettes Personal. Gutes Frühstück, jedoch die Lage ist nicht so toll. Industriegebiet und wir hatten Probleme mit den Öfis. Langes Warten, Ersatzbusse kamen mit langer Wartezeit . Da S - Bahn Reparaturen .

Endlich mal eine Unterkunft mit angenehm großen Zimmern. Auch zu dritt hatte man nicht das Gefühl, ständig sich auf die Füße zu treten. Es gab nicht nur ausreichend Platz, sondern auch einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine, sogar eine Spülmaschine. Die Zimmer waren sehr ruhig, trotz der Feuerwache gegenüber. Checkin und Checkout waren völlig problemlos. Und endlich mal ausreichend und kostenlose (!) Parkplätze.

The hotel and room was very nice and spacious for a family. The only negative thing about the stay was the noice from the road. When we checked out, we were told to write "quiet" on the booking and then they would try and give us a quiet room. However, you do not know that when you book. I couldn't find anything on their website, that said there might be some noice from the street. The breakfast was not as good as it says on the webpage, it was OK. We would go there again because of the spacious rooms, but remember to write "quiet". There was a bus stop close to the Hotel which was nice.
