The room is a very generous size with a lovely bathroom. The styling is really cool (if a little bit dark) and the bed is absolutely wonderfully comfortable. In many hotels I have stayed in, especially at this price point, they have been more flexible with the checkout time. We said it was the night after our wedding and would need longer than 11am, they said no problem but there is a charge. Probably could have got away without saying anything and saved £20 It’s not so much that I expected special treatment on our wedding day - just that other hotels would have done This is why it is 4 stars from me and not 5. Still, very good rather than excellent

The location was very convenient, the staff was very friendly but the hotel was incredibly dark and cavernous. Glasgow it's rainy and gray and a dark hotel was not welcoming

I tried to move my reservation for the hotel and the restaurant forward by one day. They were singularly unhelpful. I will never use this hotel chain again.

Loved the dark vibe throughout the hotel, but not in the bathroom. I wished there were more lights. The staff was very nice : )

Hotel looks pretty new, room was spacious, with a (super dusty) nespresso machine, a plus. It’s black on the outside, black or painted very dark on the inside including the room, so it feels pretty cavernous and dim. Location is not great, next to student dorms and a couple of cheaper hotels. Easy to get Ubers or taxis, but walk to nicer parts of town is 20mn or more. Lots of construction in the area currently, which affects traffic.

Very swanky and stylish place with great attention to detail and excellent staff. Really enjoyed it. And the shower was incredible!
