A lovely room, great facilities and a very comfy big bed!

Almost all good. The room itself was spacious and well equipped. Fresh milk in the fridge, quality teas and coffees, biscuits, great shower, lighting, fan, tv, radio, quality bed and bedding, sofa and toiletries. I'm sure there are more positives... My minor negative observations - check in wasn't quick or smooth (although the young man who welcomed me was excellent). The cups don't fit for the coffee machine. There is no direct way from the carpark to the main building although there is a less than obvious side door. Overall - I enjoyed my 1 night stay and I appreciated the touches of luxury.

Lovely welcome & great pub. Room was spacious & clean. Bed comfy. Food was delicious, however when it came to dessert, there were items on the menu & specials board that the kitchen either could make or didn’t have. This also happened at Breakfast too. But staff was friendly & apologetic & discounted bill. Lovely place, would recommend.

Two night stay with my brother whilst attending Goodwood Festival of speed. Staff all very helpful and very accommodating to our needs. Food: standard pub menu good but not brilliant. Weather very hot and so the terrace was very welcome. Room excellent.

A one night business trip stay over with a colleague. We ate in the restaurant which was convenient and good value and quality. A fair price for what we received

I arrived on New Years Eve, but the property hadn't warned me that the only food option was a three course meal at £44.50. Similarly on New Years Day, I went early for dinner at 6.15 to be told the kitchen closed at 6. No one had alerted me to the early closure. They did make me some Tapas. If I had known I would have eaten elsewhere before returning to hotel. The food on New Years Day was excellent, I just didn't want to spend that much money.

We have stayed at this place quite a few times, and have never been disappointed with every respect of the accommodation, staff, the location is walkable from our relations. Would 💯 stay again in the new year.

The overall experience was excellent...right from check in; food; service everything was superb.

Mooi authentiek hotel in mooie plaats. Midden in het dorp. Zeer nette kamers en fijne douche. Wij hadden geen bad maar zouden daar toch geen gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Fijne parkeerruimte achter het hotel dat alleen voor hotelgasten beschikbaar is.

Great staff and it was a good location for my specific trip and easy access to Test River trout fishing spots. The coop grocery store a block away was convenient. Breakfast at White Hart was excellent. Dinner was good too. Some road noise in the large room I had due to exposure to road, but I still slept well on comfy bed. Everything important worked very well.

We stayed for 2 nights at the White Hart while visiting family locally. Staff were friendly and really helpful, location was easy to find and we loved the rooms. We had a twin and a double and both rooms were beautifully decorated and had plenty of space. We sadly didn't eat at the hotel, but menu looked great from what we saw. Will stay there again when back with our family in Hampshire.

Durchschnittlich. Zimmer sehr klein. Sauber, aber alles am oberen Ende des preislich erträglichen....
