My stay was very good. We enjoyed the entire trip. The hotel was very pleasant, clean, and smelled pleasant. The staff was super friendly. It had very interesting places to see.

Breakfast buffet ended too early. The juice machine was down my entire stay. Decaf coffee was not hot.But the biscuits and sausage gravy was great. The staff was great and very accommodating.

My wife and I just needed a weekend getawy to the Laurel Highlands. The hotel was a great base for us to head to Ft. Necessity, Laurel Cavers, Falling Water, Kentuck Knob and Friendship Hill. Great trip, great staff, spotless hotel,

Clean room, but needs attention in the bathroom ceiling (drywall tape is pealing) breakfast was good but OJ was unavailable. Broken machine

Breakfast choices slim to none because of pipeline crew staying. Hotel was clean Keys had to be reprogrammed every day which I guess is a front desk problem. One employee not so nice about having to do it.

Nothing unique, very busy area. Sevice of room, we receive clean towels each day but bed was not made and coffee not refreshed.

Clean property and rooms. Good for overnight stay when no amenities are necessary

Location and my room was great. The machine made pancakes were not. Get rid of it. They were raw.

Easy and clean

Our room was right by the lobby so we got to hear the late night check ins AND the loud early morning noises in the breakfast area (just outside our door). Some of the furniture in the breakfast area needs attention; it's worn and dirty. On the good side, the bed was comfortable and the sheets are really nice.

The property was clean and the hotel staff was friendly. The only downsides were the condition of the bathroom, which only had one small towel bar and at least seven broken floor tiles, and the complete lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear every single noise from our neighbor's room and bathroom, as if he was in the room with us.

The building is very dated. Granted, they make an effort to keep it up but it’s a losing battle. Staff levels inadequate. Was left with one bath towel after housekeeping service (2 guests in room) and was told no one available to bring another. Had to go down and get it. Unacceptable for this property and price.

My stay was great.

Wonderful pillows! Air conditioning great. Water was hot! Could walk to Walmart and a few other places. Very quiet.
