Ottimo hotel, centralissimo, pulito, ampie camere, personale estremamente cordiale

J'étais déçue de ne pas pouvoir accéder à la salle de sport car les clés de la réceptionniste ne fonctionnait pas. Elle devait me revenir après avoir parlé à sa cheffe mais elle ne l'a pas fait. Par contre la chambre était propre et il y avait des commerces à proximité.

I had a nice apart-hotel style room in this hotel. The location is perfect and very handy for the metros. The staff are welcoming and kind. I've now been twice and would stay again.

What stood out most of all to me was how all the associates were so nice, welcoming and very hospitable. The hotel is very nice, clean and very well located, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet close to any attractive location. I love to walk so I walk to everywhere but if you don’t, one thing that also surprised me is that the city has a program which hotels give a voucher to every visitor which allows you to use the public transportation for free within the city of Geneva during your whole stay. The only negative of the hotel to me was the breakfast. It cost 19.50 Swiss Franc, about $25 which is not bad but there’s not much to offer, the selection of food is very minimal making this price a little bit hefty. I highly recommend this hotel to any kind of traveller: solo, like me, family or group.

Excellent staff and location

Spacious, clean room with large en-suite shower room, although not too keen on the frosted glass wall through to the bedroom! Firm bed and pillows. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good situation for our visit to Plainpalais and the city centre.

Tolles Hotel, an guter Lage, unweit vom Zentrum entfernt. Sehr saubere Zimmer, gut eingerichtet. Wir waren mit allem rundum glücklich und zufrieden.

Rum var rent lagom storlek. Mkt bra läge nära centrum nära kommunikation.

Very nice room with a large bathroom. The shower and the bed were great. This building is not “allowed” central A/C by Swiss authorities so it was quite hot.

The bed was too hard and the hotel wasn’t nice. The balcony view was not nice
