The staff was very helpful, even calling immediately after finding a left item in the room

If you're going to check out the bars in the area, you want to stay here, everything is few minutes away.

Location is super. Right at the party place. Hotel is good for the value we paid. Security very good, Service and staff very helpfull.

I always stay here. Hotel staff always polite and professional. I will continue to stay here when in AC. Great restaurant on site for your comfort.

The street in front is being redone, so no vehicles can get to this hotel right now. Just a short term problem. Nice hotel and great staff.

Great locations if your planning to have a good time, but if your a Filipino do not go the club almost in front of the Hotel name " Cosplay " they are very racist club they said NO FILIPINO allowed specially wearing a sandals but if your a diff. nationalities you are allowed to.

Staff was great and you are right in the middle of all the fun on Walking Street. Everything is near.

It is a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't mind staying there again but they need to fix the wifi internet connection. It drops often. If they could fix that I will be their regular costumer.

The hotel is old but in good condtition. The servers and housekeeping did a good job, however my checkin was the worst ive ever experienced in a hotel and that is the reason for my poor review. Upon checking in i noticed a leak around my toilet, called front desk. After 3 visits in an hour by the handyman he finally said I would need to change rooms. No one explained anything to me about how the keys worked or the amenities offered or anything about the room, plus i had to wait 2 hours in my room until they finally told me to just use the key in the electrical control. Its to bad the hotel is not bad itself and its a good location, but front desk needs a serious lesson on how to check a new guest in, it was absolutely a brutal start to my stay here and because of that i cannot recommend this hotel...

Hotel was very nice. Right in the center of activity. While that is why I booked it, it did come with some noise in the nighttime that you should be prepared for. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
