The property facilities are good and innovative and offers fun areas. The restaurant Les Palmes at the Quebec Inn hotel (different location than this MUST hotel) for example should be offering reduced prices for those staying at this hotel. Fun restaurant. But then comes this MUST hotel's restaurant management and my observation is that the staff at the restaurant are lifting the manager up in terms getting customer satisfaction. Paper plates is OK. Plastic cutlery is major NO NO. It's like the manager has not put himself in the shoes of the customer to experience the food with this cutlery. Metal cutlery is available but only available on demand from the kind restaurant servers. Felt like a Gen Z kind of operation with half-ass management work. This hotel is at the low scale of the JARO list of hotels. Some rooms in this MUST hotel are a labyrinth to reach. Almost like a fun experience but gives poor impression on arrival. Everything else is high quality.

For one night, experience was excellent

Overall it was a good hotel, but what didn’t leave me with a good impression is the room service part, more specifically that when they changed the towels and removed the trash they didn’t do the bed , otherwise it was good

Staff was not very cooperative when we ask for the manager told them the bathroom exhaust fan is not working. He told me they will send somebody around 8 o’clock, but nobody showed up, wasted our time sitting and waiting in the room. Our package included breakfast. It does say continental breakfast, but it’s not really a continental food it just a cereal, bagel and bread, coffee filter, and banana and fruit and pancakes. That’s it and not really up to the market. They are just to fill up your stomach.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast tables weren’t cleaned and there were no serviettes available. The pool was very fun but it was busy while we were there and chairs were not available.
