Staff provided excellent service. Washroom was nice, clean and functional with hot water. Bed was comfy. Location is safe. Will stay again in future trips to Santo Domingo.

The hotel is very clean. The room the property are very pretty and unique. The location is awsome and staff and service are amazing!! I highly recommend you will not be dissapointed. Thank you Luca amazing staff for making our stay such a great experience!!

El lugar y la ubicación es excelente, sólo que había muchos mosquitos en la habitación h el jacuzzi no servía, basicamente que tuviera jacuzzi fue una motivación para reservar el hotel y no pude usarlo

Ein wirklich gutes 3* Hotel mit einem bezaubernden Innenhof, einer schönen Dachterrasse. Du kannst dir eine Yogamatte leihen und den Morgen begrüßen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer (auch in der Lobby) steht Kaffee bereit und im Kühlschrank findet man Softdrinks.Es gibt einen Wasserspender, der jederzeit zugänglich ist. Das Frühstück ist okay. Die Lager des Hotels ist super, um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Du gehst nur paar hundert Meter weit. Es ist eine ruhige Umgebung.

The room and the bathroom are large, during the night it was quiet. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. It is walkable and safe.

Amazing place and very quiet and relaxing. Delicious complimentary breakfast is a plus! Have stayed here several times. Quick check in/check out and great location…close to nice restaurants.

Excelente atención por parte del personal del Hotel, lugares cercanos para disfrutar de la gastronomía de Santo Domingo en la zona colonial.

la localizacion es perfecta, te queda justo en el centro del corazon de la zona colonial. El servicio, las instalaciones todo 10/10 **El unico detalle es que han estado repavimentando la calle y pues hay mucha tierra y la calle esta cerrada, esto no es culpa del hotel.

El lugar es muy acogedor, buen servicio, acceso a pie a varios restaurantes. Recomendado!

The room was subpar for the price. The location wasn’t the best as the road in front is under construction.

Ana was a great host, always making sure we had all that we needed. She was on-point providing recommendations for dinning, nightlife, shopping and things to do around.

Assez catastrophique . Tres mauvais wifi dans la chambre. Pas de téléphone pour joindre la reception. Perit dejeuner pas avant 8h du matin quand vous avez des obligations . Television qui fonctionne pas. Je ne recommande pas cette hotel

A very charming hotel with friendly staff. The road was under construction, it will be more convenient when finished but it did make the hotel very quiet for an urban setting.

Everything was great !!!except no signal to watch television

Great experience. Only recommendation would be to expand the menu for breakfast and the amount of food per dish. I had to go out to complete my breakfast.

Under construction. The water went out for almost a whole day. The room had a humid smell.

Wonderful little hotel. Could use a bureau with drawers for unpacking and a suitcase holder for luggage.
