El hotel estaba limpio y la atención del personal fue excelente. No hay calefacción entonces era bastante frío y además carecía de una estación de café o agua caliente o te en la habitación o en la recepción. Casi todos los días para cada tour nos recogían a las 3 o 4 am entonces no veo necesario pagar un desayuno incluído porque en este caso el hotel no te empaca alimentos para llevar contigo.

Place is in great location and staff so nice! Breakfast is very basic. I suggest they set a pot with hot water very early since most of the trips, the agencies pick throat up at 3:00am and breakfast is not ready. But I nice cup of tea will be highly appreciated!

Everyone is super kind and goes out of their way to help. Centrally located to shopping and food. The staff recommended lots of great places to shop and eat based on what we wanted. WiFi can be spotty. It was nice to be right in the center of everything. We happened to be there right at the beginning of June when the surrounding towns came in to celebrate the month with music and dances. Highly recommend.

Great location! Very helpful staff, and very friendly too. Breakfast was OK, but we were limited to one egg per guest.The only problem was that almost everyone in our group struggled with getting hot water to shower at one time or more (poor water pressure too). And the Internet, despite having four separate available networks, was a continuous problem. If these are important to you, you might question using this Hotel. If not, you will definitely enjoy your stay.

Rooms clean. Staf, Marie e Jessica eran exceptional. Breakfast were very basic. The hotel inside is very cold. Our room was very small for 2 persons. One queenbed. The hotel . outdated. Close to nicecrestaurants and plaza de armas

This was a hotel a few blocks from the main square so it was quiet. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only thing that concerned me was the taxi that they called for me. He was was late and he was on his phone while driving to the airport. It made us very nervous as we thought he may have an accident. Very unprofessional.

Rustic hotel in outstanding location. Rooms are basic but spacious. Powerful hot showers and quality linen and blankets the pluses. Wifi worked but was a bit hit and miss. The breakfast provided was basic with very limited options.

Wonderful property. I will stay there again. Very nice clean rooms. Decent size. There are many rooms together so they don’t have a nice ambience. As far as getting together. Breakfast was average, but I would stay here again.

This property is located right in the central plaza, making it easy to walk to shops, stores, churches, and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful whenever we had a question. Special thanks to Yeshika, Karina, and Mary.

El hotel tiene mucho encanto y la localización es perfecta. El personal es super atento y eficaz. El desayuno podría tener más variedad, pero ofrece lo suficiente para encarar el día con energía. Recomendable.

El hotel, en general, es bastante accesible y las instalaciones están bien cuidadadas considerando la antigüedad del edificio. Sin embargo, el acceso es únicamente por una calle peatonal que resulta ser un callejón, y durante nuestra estancia de 4 días y 3 noches esto fue un problema serio. Todas las noches hubo pleitos en ese callejón, con mucho ruido y escándalo, lo que hizo prácticamente imposible dormir. Para quienes buscan descansar después de un día lleno de actividades —que en la zona hay muchas—, este hotel no es una buena opción. Honestamente, no lo recomiendo, porque no van a poder descansar. De las 3 noches, si acaso dormimos una o dos horas en total, y fue realmente agotador. Además, el andador no está controlado. Aunque la policía está muy cerca, cada noche había conflictos sin ninguna vigilancia efectiva. Las personas incluso lo usan para orinar, lo que da muy mala imagen al acceso del hotel. Lo único positivo de nuestra estancia fue el servicio de cocina. La señora Mary nos atendió muy amablemente y eso es lo único rescatable de la experiencia.
