Estávamos em família, a estadia foi ótima! A equipe foi muito cuidadosa, especialmente a Patrícia. O hotel é muito bem localizado, tudo bem próximo. Espaço e roupas limpas. Café da manhã simples, mas bem servido. Pudemos deixar as malas guardadas no hotel, enquanto esperávamos o embarque.Adoramos nos instalar no local.

Café da manhã muito pobre, quarto faz muito ruído pelo fato de ser piso em madeira, o chuveiro não tem pressão e a água não esquenta. O atendimento é muito bom e a cama é boa, além de ser muito bem localizado. Porém deixa a desejar em conforto.

Excellent service and hospitality! Staff really care about your well-being and your stay. Especially with altitude aclimatization here in Cuzco! 5 stars from me! It's a historic hotel site, so it is as original as the site can be. Not too many luxuries. But it is clean, and the staff is friendly and caring.

The staff at Yabar are incredibly welcoming and kind, the location is conveniently close to everything and easily accessible by foot. I highly suggest checking out Yabar.

Plaza is close by, food and shopping is also at a walking distance. Great location! The rooms and beds were very small. Plumbing in the restroom was horrible, very bad odor.

quartos amplos e confortáveis, devido ao hotel ser em uma construção antiga as instalações nao sao tao modernas. Tive um problema pq reservei 2 suites maiores e quando dei entrada me informaram que pelo valor só iam me entregar uma e a outra seria inferior, nao tive opção pq estava lotado. a iluminação deve melhorar, quartos escuros. porem a localização do hotel é otima, cafe da manha limitado e pouquissimas opções.

There were bed bugs and the smell was disgusting. The front desk man was horrible and not in any way helpful. They refused to give me my money back after literally confirming that there were bed bugs in my bed. DO NOT STAY HERE.

All the staff were very nice and the breakfast was great as well. The location is perfect. I just hope that WiFi can be stronger.

The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to accommodate us and give us a great experience. Room was clean and the location was stellar. They even packed us a lunch for Machu Pichu for free. The included breakfast was very good, better than the standard continental with eggs made to order or a pancake. Stored our luggage too!

A great choice if you want to be in the heart of the action --- located just steps away from the Plaza de Armas (but on a quaint pedestrian side-street.) The staff was very helpful and the accommodations were comfortable.
