We were recommended this hotel by a neighbour and it didn’t disappoint. From our welcome to our departure everything was just perfect - how often can one say that?! Every single member of staff was friendly, smiley and so polite. The location is great and the old town a 20 minute walk and taxis are relatively cheap. We enjoyed the most delicious breakfasts in such lovely surroundings, three equally enjoyable lunches at the roof top pool bar - the food is of a very high standard and the waiting staff charming and helpful. The spa was good and the hammam an experience we particularly enjoyed. ALL staff were excellent. Dounia in guest relations ensured we had all the options for tours and sights and was so helpful. Our room was spacious, shower hot and powerful and the bed sumptuous. Our balcony was large and facing the Royal Marrakesh Tennis Club and leaving its door open we fell asleep to the rhythmic thud of tennis balls. We had three full days and two nights and we relaxed completely. Absolutely recommend this gorgeous boutique hotel.

Our room wasnt ready when we checked in 2 hours after the check in time had started. The cleaning service was strange. The cleaning staff did everything in the room in about 3 to 4 turns and just walked in to the room wuthout waiting for us to say anything to do just one thing such as change the soap or bring water. The staff in the hotel was just overall rude and comparing to other hotels during this longer trip in Morocco the service was definitely the worst of all. Our deluxe room was spacious but the walls are paper thin. Our room was also next to the staff elevator which we could hear all the time. There is nothing luxurious or boutique about this hotel. Its a basic hotel so if youre looking for a really nice place to stay this is not it. Hotel is clean and the rooftop bar has good views. Breakfast was ok.

This hotel is well positioned for visiting Marakech. A 20 minute walk from the square & medina. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed and bedding were wonderful. We were on the 5th floor so there was noise from the 6th floor deck bar but it did not impede sleep. The included breakfast was good. The food in the sky bar area was tasty and good value and the service was really good. All the staff were friendly and efficient. We stayed an extra night after an Intrepid tour.

Lovely hotel lots of nice restaurants in close proximity. Problem with air con in room. Moved to anther floor no issues. Pool bar area lovely.

I recently stayed at 2Ciels Hotel in Marrakech and had two different room types: a Suite Prestige and a Deluxe Room. Unfortunately, I don’t see the value in upgrading to the Suite Prestige—while slightly larger, the amenities and overall experience were nearly identical to the Deluxe Room. Given the small difference in space, I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for the suite. Additionally, the view from the rooms is underwhelming, mostly overlooking the Royal Tennis Club of Marrakech rather than anything scenic. The hotel also lacks lush greenery, which is disappointing compared to other hotels in the Hivernage neighborhood, where the ambiance is much better. Patron de la Mer (Ground Floor Restaurant): Excellent food and service. The Mediterranean and local cuisine were both well-prepared, and the waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Lola Rooftop Bar: A great place to relax by the pool and have lunch, with a stunning view of Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains. However, there are limited sun loungers, so finding a spot around the pool can be difficult if the hotel is busy. Service & Hospitality: This is where the hotel falls short: -Front desk staff: Arrogant, rude, and unhelpful. They lacked the warmth and professionalism expected from a hotel of this caliber. -Expedia Gold Members: No recognition of status, no perks, and no effort to make the stay special.An average hotel with below-average service. If you’re visiting Marrakech, I’d recommend staying in the Hivernage

I paid more than what was on Expedia total cost which was weird but whatever . Also it’s more than $200 a night and you still have to pay to use the spa ( that’s without massage only to use)

Stayed here in December 2024 for 5nights. Good location near close toany things. Nice rooftop bar and atmosphere. Food was great definitely recommend. Staff was amazing very helpful in assisting with anything needed. Would highly recommend.

I was travelling on a work trip. When I arrived I was greeted at reception by lovely staff. As I was on a work trip I needed to iron some shirts. I asked for an iron and ironing board to be sent to my room. This was not done. I then asked again in the morning and this was delivered to my room. What I got was a completely destroyed ironing board. It was completely unusable. It was broken, rusty and could not be used. At breakfast, service was very slow. It took about 15-20 minutes to get a coffee and some eggs out to my table and on another morning the butter ran out. When I asked for it to be refilled it took staff over 30 minutes to get the bowl refilled and many other guests were also looking for it. The room I stayed in was a suite but a colleague of mine was in a standard room and I couldn't see any difference in the rooms. My suite was located beside a service elevator and was noisy during all hours. There also were industrial chimneys located right outside my window which made lots of noise as well. Finally, there was no sound proofing in the hotel. As this was a work trip for me, I was trying to make sure I got ample sleep before my work day started. The morning call to prayer was loud and could be heard very clearly and woke me and my colleagues every morning. The staff were friendly and the location was fine, but the service and facilities were poor.

Good hotel. 20 minute walk to Medina. 20 minute drive to airport. I would say better for a short stay. The ground floor pool appeared to be in the shade most of the time.

Great location in the center of the city

We felt very well looked after all round. The staff are very friendly and courteous. There is something for everyone at breakfast. The restaurant has a very nice selection of fresh fish for dinner. Snacks and small lunches on the roof terrace are highly recommended. The spa area is incredibly relaxing after a day exploring the city.

When choosing a hotel, I always look at the photos, read reviews and find hotel proximity to down town. Usually hotel photos can be a little deceptive, not this time. 2Ciels was a beautiful boutique hotel, clean and the service was outstanding. Amenities were great! We took advantage of their spa services which were excellent and so was the laundry service. Their free breakfast was a delicious spread and their wait staff was very accommodating. Highly recommend 2Ciels.

Un hôtel très bien situé, avec des chambres soignées. Nous reviendrons sans nul doute. Le seul bémol est un accueil froid et limite antipathique par le personnel de l’accueil et un restaurant sur le toit terrasse où nous sommes partis après 30… personnel livré à lui même, personne ne prend les commandes malgré plusieurs interpellations on nous dit revenir mais personne ne vient, nous ne sommes pourtant que deux tables… et le personnel joue sur son téléphone… assez étrange de ne pas manager vos collaborateurs. Pour le reste tout était parfait.
