The hotel was located in a prime central location making our time in the city hassle free. The underground parking was a benefit as we had a rental car and our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had a fantastic view. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was not lacking and it was nice to see plenty of options for all tastes and diets. Everything was very new and felt modern. We would highly recommend for a comfortable and central Tirana accommodation.

Hochwertige Materialien, perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Sehr schöner Ausblick aus den oberen Etagen. Ebenfalls aus der eleganten Bar im 23. Stock. Exzellenter Service, Berücksichtigung von Kundenwünschen. Die Lage im Herzen Tiranas ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich von dort zu Fuß erreichen.

The hotel itself is quite nice—clean, comfortable, and I would say it definitely deserves a solid 4 stars (though not quite 5-star level). One major downside, however, was the noise. The large windows let in a lot of sound from outside. The hotel is situated next to a road, and in Albania, it seems common for motorbikes to rev their engines loudly, especially at night. On top of that, there was a nearby construction site where work was happening well into the night, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. That said, if you’re not too sensitive to noise, the location is actually very convenient and central. So, it’s a good option if you’re looking for comfort and don’t mind a bit of city buzz. Also worth highlighting is the front desk staff—they were very helpful and service-minded, which made the overall experience more pleasant.

Excellent hotel, staff, and services. One of the best options in Tirana. The only problem for non-smokers in anywhere in Albania is tobacco smell almost everywhere.

We were passing through, the third time we sleep at the hotel. Equally fantastic treatment, fast service, available staff. For example, I had problems with wifi because I had to work, they came directly up to the room and helped me solve the problem. The staff in all functions were equally nice and helpful. Great rooms.

There is no better place than this one. All stuff ready to serve.Everything clean and tight. You ask for help, help is offered promptly.All stars deserved.

The hotel is immaculately clean. I travel very frequently for business and this was a truly business oriented hotel. Excellent location, great facilities and hospitality.

The staff were not very customer-friendly, and there was not a single smile from the male staff member during my stay. When I asked for a taxi to the airport, I was told it wouldn’t be a problem and that I could simply book it through the hotel. However, the issue was that the hotel’s "taxi" isn’t an actual taxi and cannot use the taxi lanes. As a result, I barely made it to the airport due to heavy traffic leaving Tirana in the afternoon.

Our room was amazing! 35 ft of floor to ceiling windows, amazing view of the city. Will stay again whenever back in Tirana!’

Excellent hotel

Ideal location in center of the town opposite the bus terminus for the airport bus, superb breakfast buffet large bedrooms with all the amenities . Friendly helpful staff.

Probably one of the best hotels in Tirana, amazing location. Wonderful spa, only negative was the reception tried to say we had room only booked, rather than with breakfast, so i had to dig out my booking and no apology was made. Other than that, loved it

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city, across the road from the airport shuttles, making it easy to explore all that Tirana has to offer. The room was clean, modern, and well-appointed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was nice. It offered a variety of dishes. The only downside was my room didn’t lock when left the room. I forgot to mention this to reception so I’m assuming it was some sort of glitch. I left my valuables in the safe so it didn’t bother me. Overall excellent hotel and I’d recommend and will return to again

Within minutes walk to the main tourist sites of Tirana & the big main mall being directly across the road. The airport bus is 2mins walk if you didn’t want to get a taxi too. The room was very well sized. AC worked perfectly & was hardly noticeable sound wise. All of the towels were starting to show their age & were showing threads at the end, but they were still clean & soft. If you’re a light sleeper then you may need some ear plugs as we were on the 10th floor but could still hear the light hum of traffic. Good top floor bar with excellent views & breakfast restaurant had plenty of tasty freshly cooked options.

Fantastiska rum. Personalen trevlig. Bra gymanläggning. Frukosten 3 av frem (vill inte ha gårdagens crossianter, inte gårdagens, saknade bacon). Tråkig miljö vid recpetionen, inte ett ställe som man sätter sig och tar en kaffe.
