Lovely hotel, well located. We had a room with a balcony and view of the lake. Very clean. Good breakfast. Would definitely return.

Bel hôtel récemment rénové. A proximité de la promenade de Baveno le long du lac, des restaurants et de la gare maritime permettant de visiter les différents sites autour du lac.

Chambre confortable et propre mais la chambre que nous avons eu n'était certainement pas la mieux de l’hôtel . Fenêtre qui donne sur une parti technique et que l'on ne peut pas laisser ouverte car les bruits sont toujours présent. la climatisation de la chambre qui fait du bruit et s'allume et s’arrête sans arrêt toute la nuit ( une horreurs ). Clim que l'on ne peut pas arrêter . lamentable pour un établissement comme celui-ci .

Parking was helpful, the town is very walkable and has excellent food. View from the hotel was astoundingly beautiful. There is a patio on the top floor too.

The room I booked said lake view…you have to bend your head out the door for a view. Staff at front desk looked upset when asked questions. Rooms nice and big and clean

Das Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig und verfügt über eine Terrasse am Eingang. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, allerdings zu recht hohen Preisen. Für einen zweitägigen Aufenthalt ist es jedoch eine lohnenswerte Investition.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, modern und gemütlich. Das Menü im Hotelrestaurant war 0sehr lecker, gut war, dass wir bei unserer Ankunft um 20:30 noch spontan und sehr freundlich zu Tisch gebeten wurden, obwohl nur bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet war. Parkmöglichkeit für 18 € die Nacht, zentrale Lage, kurzer Fußweg zum See und einige Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Great location, parking facilities, nice lake views

The property is spotless. The view from the room was special. Breakfast was everything you needed, well presented and tasty, with good gluten free options available without having to ask. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would 100% stay here again.

Professional staff. Good location. Surprisingly uncomfortable bed. The heat was inadequate so the room was cold. It seemed the thermostat was maxed out at 68f. And that wasnt the freezing tile floor. I slept in long underware and a hat.

Immaculately clean hotel, quiet and ideally positioned in town. Reception staff very helpful & friendly. Room on top floor with lake view amazing. Didn’t use spa at €30/hr, as hotel residents don’t think we should be charged. Did not use restaurant but menu looked nice. Biggest annoyance is the ad of airport shuttle available. Booked this hotel for this reason alone but then discovered that to book it I had to phone a taxi driver who they recommend at a cost of €160 one way!!
